Pizza Hut TTDI — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Had lunch with 2 children at the outlet today. We ordered personal pan pizzas and 1 combo meal pizza (comes with choice of soups/drinks). The place was upgraded well probably due to the new CI requirement. As we entered, no one at the reception area so we assumed it is a free seating. All food orders via QR scan, believed due to staff shortage. Turnaround time between order vs food delivery was quite efficient. However, it was not cool to drink Pepsi in room temperature! Requested for ice, but they didn't have/serve ice. Food was OK (couldn't expect much from fast food chain). From my observation, no server on the floor to standby for customer requests. Had to wait for the server's glimpse to request for a refill drinks. Tables were not cleared on time too. Hope the Management can consider to have sufficient supply or consider to have ice cubes and improve on service delivery. That's what the customer expect when paying 10% service tax in...

By far, the most rubbish pizza prepared by a Pizza Hut branch. I am thoroughly disappointed with not only the clear lack of customer service when taking my order (which i often forgive), but also the outrageous result of a pizza supposedly prepared by trained persons in the making of pizzas (unacceptable). I ordered two large (hand-stretch), one regular (hand-stretch), three sets of deli wings.

Spent altogether RM72.30 That money would have been better off rolled into a tobacco for a smoke. Literally burning money right? I would have derived better satisfaction from that than your pathetic excuse for a pizza. Shame on you lots!!!

In addition to that, even the deli wings was rubbish. That was a lousy dinner that I just wanted to treat the family for a Sunday dinner. What a letdown!!!

Very unpleasant staff. Not even a smile to the customers. And she did not let us to sit at the cushioned seat saying that it is for min 4 ppl. There are 3 of us and most of the seats there were unoccupied and not reserved. So 1st impression itself failed! After about 20 mins the mushroom soup arrived is very watery! Clearly can taste the soup so watery. After about another 20 mins the garlic bread arrives. Come on everybody knows mushroom soup is to have with garlic bread. By the time the garlic bread arrives, the soup gotten cold and almost finished big sigh ! Mushroom soup should be served together with the garlic bread unless the customer did not order garlic bread! The rest of it is history! So done with these pizza hut people!! Oh yeah and the seats were still unoccupied when we leave! Should have just let us sit...
