This shop is the originally popular restaurant on Peel road, KL. The staff told us they been operating in this new location for over 10 years now. They serve quite a few old school Chinese dishes. Steam Kampong Chicken with herbs: for someone who normally not into Kampong Chicken, surprisingly I have enjoyed this dish. The ginger paste goes very well with the chicken. Fried Gui-fa eggs: this is a very old school dish you find at weddings dinner on four seasons dish. The original version come with sharks fins stripes. They replaced it with tang hoon. A must try. Four heavenly king with Belacan: not many Chinese restaurant nowaday go through the hassle to pan fried the Belacan before adding them to their cooking. This additional step add that unique aroma of Belacan when the dish is served. Their version is not oily, all veg covered in the Belacan paste evenly.

1st time trying d food here. pleasantly surprised as our ordered food was satisfying. d tilapia fish steamed w sauce was fresh. d baby octopus has a crunchy texture, not tough at all. d lala soup oso yummy, w a tinge of ginger spiciness to tease d palate & d meat is firm n whole too. the 2-style kailan dish n d dried shrimp cili padi intestines r below expectation, while the hokkien mee & steamed chicken w homemade ginger sauce were really gooood 👍🏽 washed down d meal w a cold longan n taufu-fa dessert. that really ended d meal on a happy note...

They used to be at Peel Road back in the 90s n their signature dish is their Small Wok Prawns. Only recently I got to know that it is run by the same family n was so excited to try again. Their Small Wok Prawns taste almost that I can remember except no smoky when they bring the dish out as back in the 90s. Overall the food is good except their crabs r extremely small. Dun really recommend for crabs here. Total damage abt RM432 for 7 adults.

Not as i expected. We ordered "shang" prawn mee, "Dong Bo" meat with fried buns, "ying yeung" kai lan, Yam with braised pork, salted chicken, fish with soybean paste, stir fried pork intenstine , "seng gua" tofu , and lastly sweet & sour pork to celebrate my mother's birthday. The "shang"prawn taste a little unfresh, "ying yeung"kai lan over cooked and the stir fried pork intenstine have smelly taste. We have always enjoy to eat stir fried pork intenstine whenever we dine out. So far so good. But the intenstines here taste weird. I just ate one spoon from that dish the whole meal time and that's it. The dinner cost Rm460 . We are 8 adults and 3 childrens all together. It is pricey or reasonable price? I m not sure. What do u think? But they did provide very good and friendly service. The lady boss even help us to take family photo as it was a birthday dinner...

Ordered our food over the phone 2hrs earlier. But when arrived to pick up, have to wait another hour. Doesn't matter as it's Sunday - peak hour for dinner time. I understand. After all, went home with all the tapao to enjoy it with the family. The futt-boot was tasteless, salted steam chicken was tasteless, salted fish pork belly was tasteless, and the sambal kangkung has abit of taste of saltiness but not the sambal. The fried rice was horrible even the white rice would taste better. Not recommended. None of us were happy with any of the dishes. Our weekend dinner for 6 person were ruined and also disappointed. My first time and also the last, not coming...
