Or u want to save time washing ur plates or spoons? Besides ur using a washer machine for hygiene and hot water to sterilise it unfortunately if they don’t then it’s a major cleanliness issue.
Next what became a nightmare was their payment system , once u tap ur payment card there is no proof on their side only notification if ur lucky to turn it on will appear from ur side. Then ur staffs and cashier wanted to charge twice before even checking ur payment that went through on your side? Is this logical or plain lazy or even worst ripping off ur customer?? Here ur getting a really pissed off customer who had to do ur back end checking just to be told oh my manager is off work now can’t contact , so u need to pay twice. So we had to check with our back end instead with calling the bank and giving u the approval code. So what turns out to be a happy dessert became a snow ⛄️ dessert with ugly flakes. Total ban , waste of time, horrible service and payment trying to chat us twice to make payment with cashier pushing the terminal to us to make payment to get her way of second payment only to end with “enjoy ur meal” stupid look as if poisoning spell was in it, total Elsa frozen moment.
Anyway guys take ur money and spend it to dao or falala next door if u want to have dessert here. Way better or just get ur craving fix elsewhere. Snowflake is now going to burn in flakes with these kind of horrible experience. So what if u have a cafe design ID inside it can’t match Starbucks , so what if u try to copy purple cane tea glass idea u can’t match its original tea by Tea + purple cane. All in all it loses its original value creation when it was just snowflake at the beginning. We tasted many kind of desserts and from everywhere urs just doesn’t make any mark in fact negative. I just had an extremely exciting experience at the Snowflakes signature store in Kuchai Lama, and it completely blew me away! This place is a dessert paradise. The outlet is huge, spacious, and the renovation is so classy and beautiful—it's a truly premium experience.
The details here really stand out. The furniture is super comfortable, inviting you to sit back and relax. I was also incredibly impressed by the clean and beautiful washroom, a small but significant detail that adds to the overall excellent experience. This is my absolute top favorite place for shaved ice, and their grass jelly and taro are simply the best. The taro is incredibly fresh, chewy, and has a rich sweet potato flavor. The grass jelly is perfectly chewy and has a wonderful herbal fragrance that I just can't get enough of. I had their bestseller, the "Double Black," which was a huge, generous portion for only RM21.40—incredible value!
The crew is also amazing here, being extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. Their excellent service made the entire experience even better. If you're looking for great shaved ice, grass jelly, and taro, this is definitely the one to go for.

Read moreI am writing to express my disappointment with the service I experienced at your shop on 01 Mar 2025.
I placed an order at 9 PM, but my dessert was only served at 10 PM. During this time, I asked the waiter twice to check on my order, and both times, I was simply told that the food was on the way. However, after waiting for an hour, I had to personally approach the cashier, only to find out that my order had been missed entirely and was only prepared after I brought it to their attention.
What made this experience even more frustrating was that the shop was not crowded at the time, and there were 3 to 4 staff members present. Given that I had already followed up twice, they should have noticed and addressed the issue much earlier.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your service to prevent similar incidents...
