I use to eat here for quite sometime, now their business is good. I don't think they wants to entertain small tables or cheap meals, on my last visit I really having my worst experience.

I called up to order take away so that when I reach I will just need to pickup and no need to wait for long good business place sure needs to wait long, I do understand, it was a rainy day.. when I reached, they told me that their customer took my order wrongly and taken my meal away, then I said is ok, U will just need to cook 1 more set for me.. they told me NO, they had called the customer to come back and exchange the wrongly took meal and sells it to me, I said how can u sell something that other customer taken out and resells it to me even the meal is claimed unopened? how sure u are? they just denied to cook another set.

this is not just that, they also said.. they don't cook desert at this hour desert too cheap, and my order is too cheap, unless I sit down and having my dinner on their table and ordered more than RM200 if I wants to order desert I guess.

Anyway, good food with bad service = bad food for me. Their service is not professional reason they will judge u by the food amount u order and also how close are u to them.

This is our weekly haunt for Saturday dinner. The food is just average. Reason we choose this restaurant is because there's not much choice around Setapak area with nice ambience. But this week wasn't at all pleasant for us. The fish came not fully cooked and when we told the waitress, the Manager (if i get it right coz she's wearing a formal jacket) and told us off saying it's only slightly not cooked and it's not a big deal. Maybe feeling bad for telling us off, she replace us with another smaller fish after we have finished our dinner. Come on, don't take us for some kind of cheapskate trying to get a free meal! All we want is for them to rectify the matter. As simple as that but looks like the staff are getting the wrong message and instead of solving the problem we were...

The chinese cuisine here has always been good until recent years. Still ok despite the attitude of the order taker/"captain". Being a frequent patron I have experience it often but the latest incident ensures that I will not be eating here going forward.

As usual food quality was a hit or miss but the tofu dish we usually ordered was cooked using overly recycled oil which smell and tasted awful. The order taker spoke to us as if it's our fault for ordering the dish and instead of apologizing was just brushing it aside. Really ruined what was already a mediocre experience.

For those wanting to eat here, my advice is to do a quick google and you'll get a few better options that is within walking distance...
