In most shops, when you scan a QR code and choose to pay at the counter, it means you can pay after finishing your meal. However, this shop operates differently. Here, you must pay immediately after ordering through the QR code, even if you select the "pay at counter" option. Otherwise, your food will not be served.
The staff will not take the initiative to remind you to pay. Even though they receive the order and see it is unpaid, they won't notify you. Instead, they will stand around, look at you, or play on their phones. Only after you wait for more than 20 minutes and ask why your food hasn't been served , then they tell you that it's because you haven't paid yet.
This is an extremely poor experience. With 7-8 staff members at the front bar, it seems their role is merely to observe customers rather than assist them. Despite the high cost of hiring so many staff and charging high prices on food, the service is terrible. What is the point of having so many staff if they do nothing and ruin the entire customer experience?
Please close your shop if you are not ready to serve, don't make people...

Read moreHad their Grilled Chicken Poke Bowl - chicken was on the dry side but the teriyaki + baby racha sauce was decent. Its price (RM16.90) is reasonable and I personally like it more than The Fish Bowl’s poke bowl.
As for their Mango Taro Ball Ice, we enjoyed the fresh mango as well as chewy taro balls. The portion was filling, the sweetness was just right. Upon noticing our dessert was served late, they made up for it with a free bowl of Tofu Fah, which was a surprise to us.
Can tell they truly delivered their dishes with heart and soul.
A nice place for chitchat overall. With free parking, several power outlets available in a pleasant and clean environment, no doubt we’ll be coming back to this place again, especially on a hot day. Keep it up, team Sik...
