there's no entrance fees but u need to buy at least 1 meal for each person ( including toddlers ) i spent RM100+. for less than 1 hour with kids. Price range for the food between RM14-RM28++ food was so so. drink for me too pricey. a bit dissappointed because i came here just to make my kids HAPPY. but sadly my kids seemed didnt get a great experience since they couldn't enjoying play with the cats too much since the staff keep shushing them and told them to behave and stay silent? Cant even touch this and that. When they're moving around, ofc there's sound pijak lantai then people keep starring? The staff not really friendly with kids. can see from their eyes they want us to get back home asap. And some of them (not sure the staff or customers) keep judging the kids. What do u expect? They're kids. I know parents suppose to monitor the kids as well BUT u have more staff that can help the parents take care of the child too. We paid so much but u cant help us? Ur customer. I cant even eat in peace bcs they keep asking to monitor the child. ask the kids to keep quiet. ?? The cats are all cute but theyre are so passive. trying to play with them but idk. Spent 100+ with small spaces, non-friendly staff and pricey food, for me not worth it. you can enjoy come here IF ONLY to have a cat-cafe date with your partners with NO KIDS. Not coming here again. Maybe will but without kids for better...
Read moreGreat cat cafe with many different breeds, lots of cats (more than most cat cafes), clean and inviting spaces, nice but expensive food/snacks/drinks and friendly staff.
♿ Located on the first floor and accessed via stairs so NOT accessible to wheelchair users. 🎫 No entrance fee but must purchase one item from the menu. 🚻 Toilet facilities available.
This was a surprise find. Was pleasantly surprised with the amount of cats here. They are all so cute and some are friendly. Upon purchase of an item from the menu, you will also get a small pouch of dry cat snacks which is a great way to get cats to come to you!
The cafe was clean, and the tables are wiped frequently plus there's a box of tissue paper on every table. You will also need your hands to be sprayed with disinfectant before entering.
No shoes allowed inside the cafe (they are left outside.. it's not secure but don't think people are that desperate). If you are wearing socks, I would recommend taking them off (if you don't mind walking barefoot in a public place) as you'll get a LOT of cat hair stuck to them! You don't really see the hair on the floor but it's there! Trust me!
Overall, a great experience! Would definitely recommend for cat and animal lovers 😻🐈

Read moreUpdate: The manager reached out and offered us free dessert next time we visit. Grateful that the shop is trying to make amends.
However, the female staff member with the braids, was still off-putting for not properly serving us when we tried to ask for help and waver her hand, and not followed up, I would have understand if the shop was super busy and I understand errors in the system, but the attitude pissed me off.
Original: The cats were friendly 5/5, were docile and friendly. They don’t try to run away from us at all which is precious. There’s so many cats, they actually come towards you too and handleable. Funny cat antics and it was adorable.
Service is 0/5. My food didn’t arrive despite having paid for it. The table next to me who arrived much later have had their food almost finished. Apparently my gf’s order was sent to the kitchen, but mine wasn’t. I don’t even know how that works when I paid for it in the same order. She finished her food a while ago too.
We told the cashier girl with braids and she only waved her hand and nothing was done. I had to go find another staff, only then they checked there was an error.
The staff said they were sorry, but I’m already hungry and angry. They compensated with 2 sticks of Cat Treats 🫠, as if that would help...
