Came here for second visit for Christmas celebrations. My 6 years old son accidentally drop the utensils container’s cover from upstairs to downstairs from the gaps that supposed to cover by glass. We prebook the table and inform there are kids, table arranged by the staff. There is a gap same height ad table that can allow things falls. The shop supervisor 店长shows his unhappiness by pointing at us why we arranged kid sitting towards inside. Hey, come on, no parents will let their kids sit towards outside where the hot food is served. Obviously the supervisor has no safety concern. We did said sorry but the supervisor did not. The responsibility should be shared between shop and customer and not pointing at customer only. The cashier can explain well and give a remedial action plan rather than supervisor never act and showing bad customer service. Tried to contact togather fb page, message is read and no response. It is truly a...
Read moreI came here to buy their egg tarts. Didn’t seem to have a problem at all when I was paying for it. After I did my payment, they informed me that it’ll take up to 1 hour for the new batch to be made. However if I agree on taking the older batch (only got 4 tarts when I paid for 5) they will give it to me right away. Since there was 1 tart insufficient, the only fair thing to do was to return back a part of the money that I paid (I paid total of Rm7.90 for 5 pieces) Instead, the manager was trying to make more profit and was selling me another desert. So on top of paying Rm7.90, I had to pay another Rm3 for their polo bun which was really disappointing. Original price for polo bun was Rm 5++. But I didn’t want the polo bun!! Should have just return the customer money back or give the disappointing bun replacement for free. Disappointing experience for Together...

We ordered the Tomyam soup, but it tasted heavily like ready-made paste and was overly sour, missing the rich flavors a good tomyam should have.
Also tried their signature curry mee based on the menu, it looked like it would be a dry-style curry mee, but what we received was a huge bowl of regular curry noodles. Taste-wise, it didn’t really stand out as a signature dish either.
Overall, feels like a lot of the food was pre-prepared or based on instant ingredients. Might be okay if you’re just looking for something fast and filling, but not the place if you’re expecting authentic or freshly...
