The restaurant located in PV128 features an open-plan layout with griddle-equipped tables, ideal for cooking or stir fried on the spot . • Décor is minimal but functional, with adequate lighting and simple seating that prioritizes group comfort. • It’s great for casual gatherings, birthday dinners, or student hangouts. Families with older kids will enjoy the novelty, though it may be less ideal for toddlers or babies. Cleanliness & Hygiene • Cleanliness is generally acceptable. • Ventilation is decent despite the smoky cooking style, and tables are wiped down promptly between seatings. Service • While staff are friendly, but expect slow response times and lack of attentiveness during busy periods. • No reservation system, so expect a wait during peak hours. Dishes • The menu leans heavily into Korean comfort food, with categories like: • Stir-fry sets for 2–4 pax • Add-ons (seafood, cheese, rice) • Korean sides (kimchi, soup) • Drinks (Korean teas, soft drinks) The star of the show is the Dakgalbi—a spicy stir-fried chicken dish cooked in front of the customers with cabbage, cakes, and potatoes.Popular add-ons include cheese rings, octopus, and ramyeon noodles. Currently they have new addition of rice cakes with cheese or sweet potatoes filling . Mr Dakgalbi PV128 is a solid pick for Korean stir-fry lovers who enjoy communal dining and bold flavors. It’s not fine dining, but it’s fun and filling,

This restaurant is the best Mr Dakgalbi outlet out there. The place is located in a strategic location and easily accessible with numerous parking space available. Upon entering, you will be greeted with warm welcome from the amazing staff. It is not so crowded, so finding seats will be a breeze. Now let’s talk about the food. Oh yes the food. Outstandingly good! I’ve been here many times and never got tired of the taste. The rich flavors, sweet fragrance and fresh ingredient culminates into a divine dining experience. Not forgetting the free flow of sides to enjoy (kimchi, coleslaw, pickled radish). My personal favorite is squid dakgalbi. Overall experience here can be likened to a state of continuous trance of culinary magic. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Please come and try! You would not regret it!

Overall ok, but that's about it. First off, it came out frozen. If I wanted frozen food I would buy it in the supermarket. What we ordered was supposed to be spicy, but it was barely spicy at all. Asked and they poured some more sauce on it, but didn't do much. I know this isn't Korea, so I wasn't expecting as spicy as I get there, but even half as spicy would have been nice. Overall the taste was just ok, service was decent, priced a bit high for the quality. The cheese was good.

Good place to eat if you're with a hungry group of friends that like Korean food. The price is what dropped this down from a 5 star review (a set reccomended for 4 people cost RM99).

In case you're unsure what you'll get, here's my best explanation without pictures.

Each set consist of a hot-plate style dish, manly consisting of a generous serving of meat and vegetables (though the serving size for some ingredients was a little lackluster like the potatoes and topokki.), and some 'side dishes' which are either chosen by your, or determined by the set you ordered, but more on that later. You also get miso soup, kimchi, a shredded cabbage salad and some green lettuce, all of which are refillable.

Now, the aforementioned side dishes are actually more like the main filling that goes into the hot plate mix. For my table, we got ramen noodles, rice and cheese. Surely those don't all go together right? Well here's where it gets interesting. We began by having the ramen added into the hot-plate, and sure enough that was tasty. But once we finished the noodles (since the noodle to ingredients ratio was pretty big) and were left with about half of the chicken and vegetables in the hot-plate, the staff then came over and gave us what the shop calls the 'second round', essentially reheating the hot-plate and this time adding in the rice and cheese (which was a heavenly combination). This is the gimmick of Mr Dakgalbi. Once you've finished a 'round', you get a 'second round' to finish up the rest of the chicken and vegetables, along with a new main source of carbohydrates.

All-in-all, it was a pretty darn good meal. 4.5/5, but Google only let's me work with a...

My husband and I were at KTCC today shopping. After a couple hours shopping, around 4pm, I proposed we share Korean dumplings, drinks, then take-away food for dinner tonight. However, this restaurant said it's policy is no dine-in without ordering at least one full meal. I spoke with the manager and he said it's policy and we would have to order at least one meal to eat with the dumplings. I tried to reason with him: Our first time at this Korean restaurant. It was only 4 so not dinnertime. The restaurant was empty. He wouldn't budge. I didn't want to mention we might order take-away because I didn't know if we'd like the food. I got angry and said it was stupid that they didn't want to sell any food when their restaurant was empty and they obviously didn't appreciate good customer service. Very disappointed because we didn't have any snack together but just went home instead. My husband said he's not ever going there in the future because there were plenty of other good restaurants that have good...
