Their seafood mix pork noodles deliver an umami sweetness that's flavourful yet clean. You can order pork only variant too and it's nice as well.

This has got to be at the top of one of my favourite pork noodles. There's just a lot of depth to their soup without being MSG heavy. Seasoning is just right. Very nicely balanced

The choice of cabbage over choy sum also reduces the distracting vegetables flavour while adding a different dimension to the sweetness.

Meat is fresh, sweet, tender and not overly seasoned. Considerably generous with the portion for their price. In fact in my most recent visit, their price was slightly increase but the bowl was like a mountain 🤣 It was stacked.

Lots of noodle choices including glass noodles and mee suah.

I find it rather sad that their business has been affected in the recent months due to pork prices hiking. They have lost a lot of their crowd. But their quality has been upkept well. I hope the business will continue for a long time.

They only open at night and there are indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoor vibes can be nice especially when there's a night breeze.

Prices are reasonable. Service is quick. Can pay with e-wallet. Interesting sides you can order. Nearby satay is...

Hong Cha is the incarnation of the son of the original stall at Sun Sea (山海) Kopitiam. Whilst the father operates from early until lunch, the son's stall at Hong Cha operates from noon until dinner.

I grew up in the OUG / Bukit Indah area and have a soft spot for the pork noodles at these establishments as this is what I grew up with. The broth is super legit and they are very generous with the 'liu' which includes pork mince, sea food and pig innards. Feel free to request only pork mince if seafood and innards are not your favourite.

From time to time I have the dry version (kon lou). My favourite noodle is lou shu fun (mouse noodle) but hor fun is by far the staple.

Staff are friendly and the boss lady who sits at the counter is very pleasant too.

The restaurant is not posh and the ambience is what it is. But that actually makes me love this place even more as it really feels authentic and brings back memories for me. I have been living overseas for the past 14y but every time I come back to visit family, this place is a must come for me, lunch or dinner,...

This pork noodle place has popped up in my radar several times. Appararently it is considered as a good place for the said dish. We ordered the pork and seafood noodles. One in its original soup format and the other with dried noodles. We upsized our noodles so as you can tell from the photos, they were definitely filling for a single person. Starting with the essential broth, the taste was primarily enveloped in its sweetness and the porky flavors were rather mild. The soup was also light and thin bodied in my opinion. The bowl looked as if it was filled to the brim with lala clams, squid, tiny prawns, fishcakes, pork slices and and minced pork. There wasnt anything that particularly stood out and I thought the pork slices were chewy and the minced pork lacked the robust bouncy texture. The noodles texture was alright but I think the dried version somewhat missed its mark because the rich lard soy sauce wasn't exactly present. Overall, I wouldn't say this is the best pork noodles and there are certainly better ones out there. Nevertheless, a decent bowl...

I heard this is similar to the Sun Sea Seafood Pork Noodle. It also sells a variety of drinks and Japanese snacks. Atmosphere: 3.5🌟 The place is quite hot for inside seats but they do have outside seats. Tables are big and solid and good space between tables. Food: Seafood Pork Noodle 3.75 🌟 I personally like it. The broth is very nice and ingredients as well. Ingredients including cabbages, minced pork, pork slices, prawn and squid. It's a bit of everything and the minced pork is soft and tender. Added egg and it seems to be like an onsen type of egg. Priced at Rm 12 (normal) and Rm 13.20 (with egg). Drinks: Watermelon Juice 3.25 🌟 Food: Ebiko Sushi 1 🌟 It's bad and very small. The taste is weird, the rice texture is out and so is the seaweed. Drinks: Chinese Tea (Cold) Priced at Rm 0.80
