Staff not friendly at all..entering the restaurant without greeting or welcoming vibe from staff.. One male staff not competent in handling system. Somemore being rude and arguing with customer instead of asking help from other college..his reason " sy kerja tak sampai setahun lg " ?? Wow so nk berapa tahun baru pandai redeem vaucher??..luckily other college manage to solve the problem and apologizing on his behalf and said " dia mmg cepat marah" hmm..what matter is his negative attitude..just say sorry and ask help from others..settle.. Secret recipe pls improve your service and train your staff..since you offer the vaucher publicly thru lazada and shopee, your staff should capable in handling the system to redeem it.. But before i leave the restaurant, got 1 female staff (i think the manager) i want to compliment and says thank you..she help to get free sticker (from secret recipe apps) for my little girl and smile to...

Saturday 8-9:30pm , my food still tak sampai , bila tanya dah siap atau belum diorang just cakap “tengah buat” have staff infront but….why diorang just sit at the table and laugh like your work is done and pretend like the store already close??? They should come and do the work together. Not just left the other staff to do it all. Poor management, unprofessional. mybe have their own position but you cant do this … kesian your other staff , after my food already done i see the girl told to other boy staff untuk hantar, so i think her position is big at the store …. while she just sit with 👩🏻‍💻infront of her and just gossip with other staff…. take some action Secret Recipe , if you want your loyal customer to come to this store...

The ambience is very welcoming, relaxing, and friendly. It's an excellent place to hangout or hold a small meeting, but you've gotta keep the noise to a minimum since you'll be sitting quite close to other customers. I mean, YOU would hate it if people are rowdy next to you, wouldn't you? But! The service is amazing, for sure, and the food is good, like any other Secret Recipe outlets, but the coffee, hmmmmmm, that, is a different topic. If you order any coffee with milk, then there's a huge possibility that the milk will outperform the coffee (if ya know what I mean). Anyways, great place, delish cakes, good environment. Definitely come check...
