Starbucks — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Staffs here are extremely friendly! I order a pickup through grab as usual in Alam Damai branch before my work. After collection I realised the order is not complete. Walked back from my office to Starbucks to ask about my order. As I was pointing out my missing order, the Malay lady staff pointed out I have set the wrong location nearby for my pickup order! The order I pickup just now was actually the order for another grab rider who's waiting outside! Since I was in a rush I didn't really check the order code before collecting. I apologised and was so embarrased to cause trouble for my mistake but the staff here told me to just keep my order since they have already made a new one to replace the order. I offered to pay for the drink but they assured me that I don't have to and it was okay. They are so nice about it.

Terrible service. The cashier (female) explained the T&C of the International Women's Day promo in an impatient manner. To the point we refrained to ask anymore questions. The barista (male with glasses) who served was also rude. My partner and i ordered two different drinks with the same name. So when he served the drinks i asked which drink was which (flavor). He looked at us and then explained to us impatiently and rudely. When i asked for the condiments (because MCO means its not self-served) he just looked at us then ignored us. *there was no line. it was not a busy period and there was nobody else ordering. So why are they acting like they're on their period or its bulan puasa... and being so impatient?? Terrible. Definitely NOT GOING to this...

16th April 2025, Having an extremely bad experience at Starbucks Alam Damai. I ordered a breakfast set, large cup of chocolate cream chip frappuccino and a donut for “having here”. Disappointedly, small cup of chocolate cream chip and “take away” donut is what i received from the staff. I asked to change to large cup the staff cancelled the previous bill and enter a new bill. But till now i didn't received the refund. I texted the staff since the incident day until now she mentioned that she told the upper and sent report to hq but until i still haven’t get back my money. Worst experience at all. Felt money scammed.
