Starbucks Pantai Medical Centre — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Sharing my experience of Starbucks @ Pantai Hospital KL - opens at 7.30am and almost immefiately busy. Staff here are great and work hard and quickly to take and prepare orders. I have been visiting the hospital weekly for physio treatment and get a regular irder to take with me. Despite the many customers the staff have remembered my name and check if I want my usual order. I have to say hospitals are not my favourite place but this Starbucks makes my trips there a little more pleasant. Have all the usual menu available and simply more pleasant staff - more ready to smile and chat than at other S'bux venues I could mention. So, thank you...

Horrible service by staff makes Danish I went to the counter to order my drinks on 4th June 2024 at 12.45pm

He took my order and name. A few seconds later he approved me shockingly by saying “Hey, you want oatmilk right ?” I told him my name is not “Hey” and I told you he already has my name. Why not use my name. I then cancelled my order and his reply was “so you want or not, I already keyed in your order” His superior immediately approached me and asked what happened, I explained to her and from far he shouted in Malay “Hey, aku tak mencarut la” I decided to just walk off since that’s the level of staff Starbucks...

Today I ordered a cup of caramel frappe with no sweetness at all. I retuned to the counter and told the staff that they could have forgotten to put syrup at all, they argue that they did and willing to make another cup for me, despite I said they can just add some syrup inside my existing cup , but they said it will change the taste . The second cup is wayyyyyy too too sweet , and I decided to just throw away.
