I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant, and I feel compelled to share my concerns.
Firstly, the staff's response time was unacceptably slow. Customers were left waiting without acknowledgment, which set the tone for a frustrating visit. Additionally, the staff showed a clear reluctance to assist or engage with customers, making the overall experience feel dismissive and unwelcoming.
The food took an unreasonable amount of time to arrive, far exceeding what is acceptable even during busy hours. To make matters worse, I was charged incorrectly for my order, and instead of taking responsibility, the staff shifted the blame onto the person who took the order. This lack of accountability was both unprofessional and frustrating.
The most disappointing aspect, however, was the sheer lack of courtesy from the staff. Any requests or questions were either ignored or met with indifference. I even sought guidance for ordering through their online system, only to be treated poorly. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially in the service industry.

I think the restaurant should improve the way tables are managed. For a single customer, one table is enough — there is no need to move someone or make them feel unwelcome. On top of that, the service attitude matters a lot, and unfortunately, I left feeling very unhappy because of this.

However, my experience changed when a lady in a yellow shirt asked a waiter to move me after I mentioned I wanted to use a laptop charger. Her attitude came across as unwelcoming, which left me disappointed.
