UPDATE!! After the incident, I've been going to a different outlet of Suki-Ya. Until one day, a friend of mine inform me that they've improve their services! I try going there again in groups with my friend and I'm quite satisfy as they already improve very well. I got this crew name Sweet and another one I can't seem to remember his name. They stop at our tables when we almost finished eating and ask us how's our meal, does everything well with the soup, the meat. It was excellence. I even notice that the manager also doing his best to serve the customer well as I notice there's also another manager at present supervising him. Keep up the good work Suki-Ya team! (NEW UPDATE 24JUNE2024 : All the previous staff already got transferred to another branch and the new staff working here also very friendly and provide good services. I remember the crew name Eleas, very friendly with all the customer as well and keep smiling.) I have always been a regular of Suki-Ya, never have I ever been asked to leave the premises and even got charge for RM10 if I exceed the time, knowing that it was around 9pm and there's no customer queuing in line. There's also a lot of table that was claim to be on reservation although the mall almost close? Why?? I am well aware that we got 2hours for meal but please I just asked a refill for the meat and I always finished my food! I was treated as if I was having my dinner for more than 2 hours?!!! Once I asked the manager, as my meat just arrived and how? He said that he can give me 5 minutes for me to finish the meat that just arrived on my table. I was pissed but just went ahead to finished my meal, at the counter he even show me the menu where there's a 2hours time. I only replied to him that this was the WORST experience I have. He totally ignored me and walk away. I gave 2 star as one of the staff counter was apologizing on his manager behalf saying that his manager is having a bad mood since morning. Read moreI have a very bad experience with your outlet in pavilion bukit jalil. The manager or supervisor name start with S. I can’t really recall his name but he is completely rude and not helpful. Other staff is friendly and service is tiptop. Only the manager or supervisor with black uniform is super rude. On 1st of Feb 2023 I came at 645 and wanted to book a 16 seats slot for my team dinner and he said no booking is allowed therefore I am ok with it and we came again on 7.15 and took the 2 connecting room. We have a great dinner and your staff really serve us well but nightmare came . At 9.20PM when I am giving the gifts to my team members and talking. Your manager came in and force us to leave unless we pay rm5 perpax. I understand we occupy extra 5-10 minutes but the outlet is empty.
