Sushi Babe is different from Japas by Jeff Ramsey as Sushi Babe serves only omakse or "leave it to the chef".

Chef Jeff Ramsey focuses on the freshness and exclusivity of his ingredients rather than going for over priced raw produce based on certification which allows Sushi Babe to be affordable while taking customers on a wonderful culinary journey and yet not break the bank.

The photos dont do the food enough justice. Definitely worth the visit for the special ocassion...
