the FILLING STATION @ Shell Sri Hartamas — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

We have being coming to this place more than 5 times. In fact, we recommend this place to our friends and colleagues for lunch. Our first time here was very pleasing. Almost 8 of us and we met the owner who was then very polite and thoughtful enough to reward us with 2 desserts for our visit.

Cut story short, before this we used to order alfredo pasta shrimp as in the 1st picture. As you can see, the meal was very generous and properly prepared. We enjoy it very much. The price is about RM20 something.

This afternoon, 4th December we come back to the place. My wife ordered the same menu only this time with meatballs. It turn out to be disastrous. With the price tag of RM26, the kitchen should have done better to be honest. Almost no gravy at all, 3 smalls meatballs (almost half the size of meatballs ikea) and a couple of small mushrooms as in the 2nd photo. We did not enjoy it much to be honest. We did not finish the meal as we are very much disappointed. We were looking for the owner to give our feedback but he was not around.

Filling station, in future please improvise your meal preparation. I have also write you the comment/ feedback as the 3rd photo and put in at your feedback column near the counter. I have informed this matter to your staff as well. They were listening to me and apologize for the matter. But they are not the one responsible for this. The kitchen must be informed about this matter and we would like to see betterment in future. Many of our friends go there for lunch and it would be a blunder to not improve your quality. Im looking forward to see your owner next time around....

Love the food. But I don't happy with the service they have. I understand they close at 8pm. But please the restaurant are in petrol pump. Some people's will look for dinner at 7pm. At least open till 10pm will be better. Few times I come at 7pm look for food to dine-in as I'm driver looking for food in shell pump after refill petrol and go inside for food. But they will said cannot dine in as they will close at 7.30pm,1 time I go they mention this time. Today I go they mention is 8pm. As customer some will look for dine in easier for driver while waiting for work. Please do change or improve it. Tq. Love your food but the time......

Half boiled egg came after 20 mins and it was undercooked. No apologies. No remorse shown when I returned the eggs to be done again. The second time around it took more than 15 mins to half boil eggs. Since this is not a fine dinning restaurant and I had just stopped to fill up petrol , I had to cancel the order and leave. The attendant was wearing uniform with company logo stiched on the shirt upside down. This shows there is no pride in working fonr the company. This business will not last long. ...
