My 7yo boy wanted to go with 4 of his friends to kidsnation on his birthday & I brought a small cake along. All he wanted was an enjoyable time with a small group of best friends. Imagine my shock when Kidsnation said I am strictly not allowed to celebrate & sing the happy birthday song (though I am allowed to cut & eat the cake but strictly NO SONG) because I did not take their birthday party package. What is the rationale? To make more money? It was empty on a Sunday morning. In addition to that nonsensical and ridiculous rule, their strictly per entry ticket price is also higher vs others. It means while you can be there for a whole day, you cannot step out for lunch (or to go somewhere else to sing a birthday song) & come back in to continue after (no re-entry). I’ve been to many indoor playgrounds over the years and most of them, especially ones that are priced so steeply, would allow multiple entries in the same day. Lastly, the Kidsnation facilities are starting to feel worn out and run down which honestly does not justify the premium pricing, especially with such strict rules. There are many other better indoor playgrounds that are better...

We recently hosted our daughter's 8th birthday party at Kids Nation, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The staff were incredibly helpful, always stepping in just when we needed assistance, which made the event run smoothly. Their exceptional service is truly the main reason I’m giving a 5-star rating. The food was generally good, with many guests particularly enjoying the chicken curry.
However, I have some feedback regarding the decoration options. The price for their decoration package seemed quite high, so we decided to handle the decorations ourselves, even though there was an additional charge of RM500. The time allocated for setting up our decorations was quite limited, likely due to their back-to-back party schedule. It would be great if they could consider either adjusting the price of their decoration package or offering a bit more time for setup.
Overall, we were satisfied with the service and had a great time, but some flexibility in the decoration options would be a welcome...
Read moreLow rating due to unhelpful service. I brought my 2 kids to kids nation 3-5x times a week and there are 3 ladies at the reception who are not helpful at all. The other day it was pouring outside, me and kids drenching wet, and when I was trying to navigate with opening the heavy entrance door while pushing a stroller in, all 3 of them were just staring without coming over to help hold the door. I told them that day that there are 3 of them just sitting there and they could have helped with the door but they kept staring blankly. Today when I was leaving, my stroller got stuck at the door as I couldn't manage the door and stroller at the same time, and again I had to shout for one of them to come over to hold the door. She was cruising between the reception desk and door at snail speed, while the other 2 were just staring..
Another 2 points:
the place should allow for reentry within the same day given they're already giving out the band what's the point of the paper form to be filled each time with your name, kids name and temperature ? That's so 2020 and a total...
