Food: Stew chicken is raw and cold, noodle is bland and tasteless, 葱油饼？I call that a 葱油cake! 伯牙绝弦 is just milky and tasteless Everything here is just under standard and taste very bad. Food is all over price, I can get better standard food anywhere with the same price

Services: we waited 40 mins for all the food to be served despite there’s minimal customer only. The waiter judge that the stew chicken is cooked since it is stew, the waiter don’t believe that the 伯牙绝弦 is without sugar and insist says it is already added sugar(he claims that: 反正我是觉得很够味很甜了). The waiter attitude is bad and rude, we even wanted a refund of the ice cold chicken but the cashier didn’t respond to it

Atmosphere: the table cloth uses to wipe the table is bad and stink! The 小料台is limited and there’s a lot of small flies around it.

Advertisement claims that if the food is bit you have right to refund everything, but the store just mention it was a previous advertisement and not...

Food: the servings are very generous, they wven offer extra noodles on the house 👍🏼 the taste is above average, more-less your typical run of the mill china style noodles 👌🏼 but yeh if your looking for a heavy meal at a decent price then yeh eat here 😁

The service i would say is the best, im not sure if he's the owner or the manager but the man with the slick back hair, big warm smile, and welcoming presence, was very nice to mrs and me... he showed us where to get the condiments, cutleries, how to order extra noodles; he wasnt even concerned about whether or not we were enjoying our meal without being creepy bout it (like some restaurants) the service was the best la 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

The environment, well... it's as peaceful as it gets, no loud music, no kids runnin amok, and well, like that loh hahahahah cant say much... its a very decent place to eat, clean, decently decorated, and its comfortable enough to enjoy some good noodles 😁👍🏼

Overall, yeh ill definitely recommend eating here (non-halal) if you're looking to get some...

Had mala noodle in soup n it was quite plain - a few pcs of vege n lots of noodle. The soup looks a bit clear but it is spicy after sometime. Seasonings n side dishes are self-service at the pickup counter. Food is a bit bland except for the spice. Didn't taste like other mala restaurants that I had been to. Noodle is super smooth.

The bowl is more than enough for me (small eater) but for big eater, u can request noodle refill. Staff gave free cooling dessert without me showing review, probably because there are still some desserts left end of the day. There is free dessert if you share review in google map - so this is why there are so many reviews with high rating mmmm.
