Food - once u enter to the shop , u will encounter a food corner with vegetables, meat ( pork, chicken beef ) , seafood etc etc , they do have a price list there clearly stated price for each item price for per 100g , choose it and pass to their staff , they will wieght and pass to kitchen to fried , u can choose from 4 different type of spicy or non spicy, they even have special taste , like salted egg, fermented bean curd , Or u can choose in soup type too . Apart of that they do have some side dishes in their menu . Price - reasonable , depends on what type of food u order as they calculate base on weight and type u choose . Staff - very friendly , they are patiently explain the step and way to do it . Environment - cozy , simple decoration with few range hood above ceiling , u dont get smoke stick into ur clothes . This hotpot has been my number one wishlist item since I first saw reviews about it two years ago. As far as I know, they only have a physical store, and parking there is quite difficult to find. Only until recently, I finally got to order delivery from them.

The portion size is incredibly generous. Unlike other stores I know, they actually fill the entire container, which is a large, round bowl. However, the taste… I didn’t find it as fascinating as I expected. It does taste a bit different from others, but not in a way that I personally enjoyed.

That said, I would still love to try their food again if I ever get the chance to visit their store in person. Perhaps dining in will offer a completely different experience. I’m looking forward to that day and hope it will be a true...

This used to be my go-to malahotpot spot because of the taste and reasonable prices, but that has changed with the recent price hike, which I don’t think is justified.

They now charge the same price for mushrooms as they do for meat, and count Japanese tofu by piece, which is ridiculously unfair to consumers. The shop use weight based pricing, but clearly applies inconsistent and arbitrary charges. Even for meats like beef or lamb, you have to pay extra, yet there’s no transparency on the actual weight provided although they state 100g, it didn’t seem like the portion was 100g.
