Update: Zus refund to me by Tng !

On 22/3, I redeem 1000 points for ZUS voucher from TnG and I order the food and drinks from TNG app too ZUS Coffee mini program. When I pick up at the Kepong branch at around 7pm, the staff tell me to request refund from TNG because some of my ordered item is not selling at their branch. Your staff (guy) didn't prepare anything to me!

He said the stock out status is not synced between TnG and the branch system!

TnG ask me to contact ZUS instead because the transaction is successful!

EDIT: Had to review it down to 1 thanks to the rude worker for trying to shoo me and my friend away just because we're riders and we just wanted to order drinks and rest at the chairs outside.

Drink still good but one of the workers is just too rude.
