A Delightful Dining Experience at Yokotaya Japanese Restaurant

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Yokotaya Japanese Restaurant and it was a wonderful experience. The hospitality was top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff making us feel welcome. The place was neat and clean, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere.

The food quality and taste were excellent, with every dish leaving a lasting impression. Yokotaya is a great spot for dining alone, with friends, as a couple, with family, or even as a group. While parking may be an issue, it does not deter us from enjoying a meal at this hidden gem.

I hope I can still find a seat for my next visit, as I believe more people will flock to this place after reading my review. It's truly a fantastic spot for an authentic Japanese dining...

This is my first negative review on a restaurant.

One star dinner. Add one to the owner's sincere apologize and a FOC meal was offerred.

Yea. We do understand it is always a long wait for the foods on such big day. But it is unacceptable when we noticed customer on the next table was having their meal even that they were coming 1 hour later than us. Serious? And we got answer from the owner explained that our foods are so late because the meal we ordered were the most popular tonight. Hmm.. Duty segregation in the kitchen made us unable to enjoy the food just like the table beside us? Sorry to say We cannot accept this. At last we cancelled one meal as we cannot wait anymore.

Other than that, foods taste good and waitress...

Recently had a disappointing experience at Yokotaya. We ordered Ebi Tempura, but it was not served despite a long wait, even though there were only four tables occupied. Our attempts to get the waiter's attention went unanswered. When we finally informed the waitress after finishing our meal, we were told they had mistakenly served it to another table and asked if we wanted to cancel.

Upon paying the bill and addressing the issue, the waitress mentioned they would offer the dish for free to the other table without offering any solution or apology to us. Leaving us disrespected and unappreciated after their mistake. Unfortunately, we didn't get to enjoy the dish as well. Hoping Yokotaya addresses and improves this customer...
