Sukiya Tokyo Bowls & Noodles (AEON Bandaraya Melaka) — Restaurant in Malacca

Personally, I seldom leave bad reviews for restaurants—unless the experience is truly horrific.

Unfortunately, this Sukiya branch at AEON Melaka gave us one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. There are only a few ways to describe the traumatic situation: • Salty to the point of blindness • Salty enough to cause kidney failure • Low food quality • Poor hygiene • Inefficient customer service

We were seated at the far end of the restaurant, and honestly, we couldn’t tell if it was a dining area or a storeroom. Used boxes and stacks of magazines were piled up in the corner.

There was a tissue container nearby, but we weren’t even sure if it was meant to hold tissues or act as a mini dustbin. It was filled with a messy stack of tissues, giving off an unkempt vibe.

There was also a strange odour in some corners of the restaurant, which further reflected the lack of cleanliness.

This was definitely one of the worst dining experiences of my life. I couldn’t stop wondering how this Sukiya branch is still in operation—especially when even the KFC opposite has already shut down.

This place left us with many shocking “memories” and unanswered questions. Avoid this restaurant if you can....

The outlet is not very clean. The window glass had oil stains everywhere. Restaurant felt abit stuffy and noticed also a mosquitoe flying around. Kinda funny given its inside a very well air conditioned shopping mall..

We ordered 4 items and 3 were ok. The chicken teriyaki rice don was the one that brought the rating down. The portion was probably 20% of the actual photo.. or maybe only 10%. We ordered medium size. Sadly my husband ate the 1 bite of chicken teriyaki so fast cos he was starving. There was nothing left to eat with the rice so he left the rice untouched. We didn't manage to capture a photo to show the staff. Our fault for that.

I masuk i terus duduk and no one was serving me, but thats okay i wait whiled looking at the menu yet i heard the staff (girls were laughing at the counter and at the kitchen, and still no one was giving me the qr for order, i think they are new staff because i recognise the girls that always serving me, after wait i walked away and saw the girl at the counter sit there and laughing.
