At burger king aeon bandaraya melaka- 14/5/2018 (around 9:50pm). The one girl with a dark skin colour which work the same shift with Mr Aiman. At that night, Mr Aiman work as the cashier while she works as the kitchen helper. After im done making order, i decided to make payment using the debit card, as i know there will be free nugget when i pay using it. That girl put the nugget on my tray roughly. Unluckily, thereās an issue about my debit card and i cant pay using it. Mr Aiman said it cannot be use. Then Mr Aiman ask for help to that girl but than that girl without any manners and any good intonation saying and blaming me that my card do not have pay wave along with annoying mimicking face and no even a smile. As i cannot pay through debit card, she snapped the nugget that just been put just now. I dont mind if i didnt receive the free nugget but the main issue is THAT GIRL SERVICE SSO TERRIBLY UNACCEPTABLE !!! Thus, her service left me a very BAD IMPRESSIONS towards BURGER KING as it was my first time been there. And definitely, i wonāt come there again. I also wouldnt recommend my family and friends to go there either. I hope in return that burger king will take action toward that girl (your staff). It should have a better training towards your staff, so that your staff could entertain your customers...

A clean and welcoming environment is the bare minimum for any dining establishment, yet this was severely lacking.

Unfortunately it was disappointed when looking at the chicken wing. Actually l specify that l need chicken thigh not wing. Dame small enough for my cat LOL. The price is rm5 is a bit to much. Price is also a measure of value. Why not just change to other part or courtesy call for extra services to your customers. Another thing the burger from the same order was plain and the salad was very very little just half of the container. Its not a combination of veges like what it was on your advertisement. (no chilli and dressing for salad) For the management please give your staff an intensive training. You are established from your repeatedly customers not instead.
