Reach here by 1pm on a Saturday, took 15 mins for them to take our order, another 1 and a half hour for the food to reach our table. This is really unacceptable when the place is NOT full house.

Firstly, it seems the place is understaffed, the same person need to take the order and serve the meals.

Secondly, water was not served to our table until we ask for it, while other tables was served immediately after they were seated.

Thirdly, If you are not hungry and have time to spare and don't mind waiting for your meals to be served, feel free to drop by, otherwise I'll skip it. First experience and the last. Not gonna visit again.

Lastly, our last meal was not serve after 2 hours, while they continue serving other tables, and we checked twice and they keep saying it's preparing(waited another 15 mins after we asked), if you forgot about the order should just say so, stop saying they are preparing, that meal was our dad's order and we were there to celebrate his birthday. We had to cancel it because my dad's mood was spoiled already.

If you are here to celebrate an occasion I'll say pick another place. Also, there's a cake charge (RM10) if you wanna cut the cake at their precinct which was not told earlier when we brought the cake.

FYI, There wasn't any large cake sold, only mini cakes. If you are going to charge your customers Rm10 make sure you are selling a decent size cake in the first place.

The only redemption is the food is good. But is it worth the wait? I'm afraid no food is worth 2 hours wait.

Oh anyway the place doesn't accept credit card. So yea. Something is seriously wrong with...

Food was nice. Not the typical cafe taste and the portion was big. We had the fish and chip and the chicken Maryland.

The fish and chip had two huge pieces, crispy and piping hot. The tartar sauce was quite unique and there was ample salad.

The Maryland was fresh off the stove too and there was a wide variety of roasted vegetables that came with it. The marinade of the chicken tasted like satay which is different from your average chop however because of this, it overpowered the sauce that came with it. The sauce was yummy too but a bit watery and you couldn't fully enjoy it's flavours because of the strong flavours from the chicken marinade.

The food took an ok time to come maybe around 15 to 20 mins (? Not too sure I wasn't really keeping track) and we were the only customer there on a Sunday night at about 7.45 pm. 2 tables came after us. One of the table had a desert that looks nice.

I'm not too sure if the waitress understands English she was a bit confused.

Begin to eat there cos like their big boy signature, big portions can share with my kids, but went there few time, the bean sauce have change,from sour to salty, bread given from thick to thin, from thin to thick and the last visit give thick but only half bread as before given…. And sausage overcooked, I ask waitress why this happened, waitress told me that chef not coming yet, this is the excuse that you gave me? Another question , order mutton ragu, don’t have! Calamari, don’t have! Chicken nicoise bagels, don’t have! Lasagnia, don’t have! Sirloin Mignion, don’t have, short ribs, don’t have etc….! Disappointed ☹️. Only good thing maintain, free flow plain water given, appreciate for that🙏🫶🏻! Hopefully can see improvement, increase the price acceptable but please keep the food...
