Ratio Fusion Beef Cuisine — Restaurant in Malacca

Location: Ample of parking spaces, easy to spot and near to many other restaurant and cafes.

Environment: Very modern and elegant interior. Great dinner place hangout.

Price: For the quality of food and amount given in each dish quite reasonable. Honestly I expected to pay a big sum to eat at such place. One premium beef noodle is around RM28-RM40 and small bowl is around RM15-RM20. The amount of meat and noodle is quite generous.

Food: The pho is very light and flavourful, the brisket is really good. The noodle beef soup is thicker broth with herbs. Out of these 2, i prefer the noodle beef bowl. I recommend going with yellow noodle if you not sure which type of noodle you prefer. The Vietnamese coffee with egg is quite tasty as well. There is also chicken meat based meal as well.

Service: The staff offer great details of the food when asked. Very friendly and helpful.

This spot makes beef noodles for beed lovers. Everything is about beef here! Located at Taman Kota Laksamana.

1. Wagyu Don: 10/10 Delicious wagyu, tender and fatty. On a bowl if rice topped with some fried garlic, onions and spring onions and a soft egg. Wow! What an amazing dish!

2. Beef Pho: 9/10 Good beefy soup. Good portion and the beef is perfectly sliced.

3. Grilled Beef Tongue: 10/10 Tender, meaty and tasty. It’s not common to find beef tongue, and it’s even rarer to find one cooked this well! It came with some wonderful sauces and this was a stellar dish.

4. Low carb, High Fat beef bowl:9/10 A great choice for those who would want to cut down on their carbs. Instead of noodles they use beansprouts. A big bowl of sprouts in a beefy soup. A tad too salty imho!

9/3/24 Feeling a bit under the weather and need something soupy for early dinner break. Been wanting to try this place and finally came! The beef pho was so nice and comforting, and great portion too! Staffs are friendly and very accommodating. Great dining environment as well! Will drop by more often!

Second visit here on 23/3/24 Ordered ur gyu don, but the bowl is like gyu porridge 😬 I don't really mind, taste was alright but im a bit sad cause the the egg blended all into the soupy like base instead of rice 😢 its like teochew porridge texture with beef in it 🤣 might not be preferable for customers who wanted to eat rice (Rice) though, cause it's supposed to be a R-I-C-E bowl 🫣 Was contemplating if I should order the wagyu don initially but a bit grateful I tried the normal gyu don first else I will be a bit disappointed if it comes in a porridge like texture. 😅 But I will still visit again for other things on...
