Drinks are superb, delicious, not too sweet which is a good thing, product no issue, let's get that out of the way as it will be the only positive thing here.
Firstly I go yesterday because my wife craving for it, moment I enter the shop l, the situation already hectic with some people not satisfy with something, a lot of people waiting their drink for more than 30 minutes I guess because apparently making a chagee drink take immense lot of time.
I think 4 people behind the counter is already more than enough, just from my observation the communication between this 4 people somewhat "lacking". there's no FIFO involved when making drink result in some order mix up. and I would really suggest to implement Kanban Method as it can automate some waiting process on making the drinks.
one advice for the cashier, if you don't like working there, at least just play pretend you know the product and suggest me something that people order the most when I ask "sini apa sedap?" instead of saying "tak tahu".
Some might repeat because of the drinks, but some might not because of the service, you don't have to smile behind the mask if you don't want to, saying "please wait a moment, we had plenty of order to make now" is more than enough to calm some people down.

I dropped by here sometime back. When I arrived, I saw this promo, where if you buy two (2) large Chagees, you can claim their unique badge as a gift.
So, upon ordering and when I asked where the badge was, only then they told me that sorry, we no longer have the badges. So, I didn't mind it much because I did want to get two drinks anyway.
Then, after taking the order and me paying for it, only then the waitress told me that sorry you have to wait for 15 minutes as one component of the drink isn't ready. Fine. But, from 15 minutes, it became almost 1hr for my take-away. All the time I was sitting right in front of them waiting, no one acknowledged or apologized for making me wait, UNTIL I had to walk up to them after 30 mins to ask what's the status of my drink.
Only then, they updated me that I still have to wait for 10 minutes as they're still doing it. The long wait ended finally, and only received an non-sincere apology from the waitress.
If I ordered via Grab, I think it would have been faster than that.

waited for over 3 hours because the app still showed “preparing.” When I came to check, the staff casually told me that my order had been ready a long time ago but they simply forgot to update the status. No sorry at all? ordered at 11:20am and was number T002, obviously the second customer. Went to the store at 11:40am and was told it wasn’t ready yet, was told 10 more minutes. Received my drink at 12:40pm. One freaking hour later, not 10 minutes. placed an order at 1pm and by 2pm it still wasn’t ready, even though the app stated a 2 mins wait time and there was only one order ahead of me. I tried calling the number given in the app, and was told to contact the supervisor. The supervisor never answered the call. So who do we blame? The system or the staff?
I wish there were another outlet nearby so I could switch. But this is the only one close to my home, which makes it even more disappointing that nothing has improved despite...
