We travelled to Melaka often and stayed in many different hotels and apartment. This is the worst we’ve stayed. Whoever the owner of this property I hope you read my reviews. You ought to make a lot of improvements if you are serious about running a business. The room is so dusty (can see from my pic). I have a video taken but this platform won’t allow me to upload. Toilet towel hanger broke. Table bad stain and permanent marks. Hair dryer faulty. I questioned the justification of collecting RM$150. furnitures covered with a layer of dust. Don’t even have shower curtain in the bathroom (shower curtains are cheap). You are quick in messaging your guests on all the many rules and penalties but failed to provide basic comfort and cleanliness. You are very lucky that your stuffs are good. They’re very patient. I was very angry and upset when the aircond wasn’t working in the first room I was given (not cold even after 1.5 hours) because they told me all the rooms are the same. So I told them that they need to fully refund me if they are unable to provide a aircondition room since I’ve paid for one. They are very patient and I felt sorry for them since is not their fault at all. This’s my first and shall be my last stay. I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to stay here. Sebelum tiba sy dah bayar sebuah apartment melalui platform lain. Lebih Mahal kerana inginkan kemudahan arcade,gaming, KTV karaoke dan meja pool di dalam apartment. Tiba2 sy dpt email booking sy di batalkan. Dan refund mungkin ambil masa hingga 7 hari. Sebab duit tempahan dah kena hold sy terpaksa mencari bilik lain yang lebih rendah rate. Saya agak risau pada mulanya apa bila membaca komen2 negative tentang penginapan di amber Cove by maple Home ini. Saya terus menyiapkan persediaan emosi apa bila hampir tiba. Setelah tiba, Saya terus menuju ke kaunter reception untuk mendapatkan kunci bilik dan pembayaran deposit sebanyak 150. Deposit ini Saya cadangkan anda sediakan cash. Reception kaunter open sampai late night jangan risau kalau nak check out in sudden boleh dpt balik deposit tu. Nak guna card pun boleh tapi mcm biasala duit masuk balik tu dalam 3 hari. Tapi selepas Je korang buat payment, agoda akan bg no contact maple ni. So terus WhatsApp mereka dan mereka akan bg rules dan instructions. Segalanya mudah berbeza dgn komen2 negative yg ckp susah nak masuk kereta. Sy rasa yg Komen sebegitu baru pertama kali kut menginap di service apartment. Bagi Saya... Okay Je stay sini... Biasala kita kena inform guard untuk Naik kan kereta sbb mereka guna system terkini. Jadi korang kena register dulu dgn guard no kereta dan ic untuk park dalam building. Tak sampai 5 min.. Maybe sy dtg bukan masa sesak. Tapi, mana2 service apartment pun akan minta maklumat kenderaan utk park dlm building. Sebab ni utk safety, biasala ada penduduk tetap dlm apartment tu kan. Sy pun suka safety. Selepas dah setel check in dan dapatkan lot parking dgn guard. Terus naik ke atas dan park kereta. Park kereta di no petaks yang betul ya... Lift.......... Okay Je..... Ada 6 lift dan semua laju.... Sampai seram sy sebab laju sungguh. Maybe yang complain pasal lift tu mereka menginap masa baru sgt2 bangunan ni di buka kut. Tapi skrg ni 6 lift all functions. Oh ye.... Bangunan ni baru tau.... So semua masih fresh.... Bilik..... Alhamdulillah sampai ke bilik semua nya sebiji macam dlm gambar.... Sy x ada apa nak complain pasal bilik sebab sy x cerewet....As long as apa yg di tunjuk dlm agoda bila sampai sama.... Bilik tiada kotoran dan bau... Dan semua peralatan didapur di sediakan.... Washing machine pun ada siap sabun tau. Aircond sejuk..... Dlm bilik ada aircond ruang tamu pun ada aircond.Maple Home ni sediakan peralatan Mandi yg cukup, sama macam hotel, ada berus Gigi dan selipar juga..jangan compare kalau korang inap disini guna agent lain ya. Sy inap sini bawah maple Home.
Netflix dan WiFi....function perfectly. Saya guna semua facilities kecuali gym,barbecues, dan meeting room. Anak sy enjoy Mandi pool dgn view yg cantik memandang laut. Selepas Mandi kolamkami book game room dan main pool & pimpong. Memg security tu agak menyibuk, dan pakaian Mandi memg betul2 kena pakai pakaian Mandi ya... No jersey! Tapi tu kan memg tugas security, menjaga keselamatan, as long as dia x kureng ajor sudah la.Dekat level sama dgn pool dan game room tu ada kedai runcit.... Tapi dia tutup 7 pm tau... Dtg awal kut2 nak beli Maggi ke mineral water ke... Hurmm apa lagi nak Komen ni.... Check out senang Je... Smooth jer,turun kereta bg resit depo serah kunci. Reception bg balik rm150 tadi. Macam biasa duit depo Saya x pulang suami kihkihkih. So overall tempat ni okay... Sesuai nak dtg sini chill dgn family. Sekian, ikhlas dari sy. BTW nak dtg Melaka ni kena pilih hari sesuai kalau dtg time ada event hujung mggu memg mana2 pun buruk muka korang berbaris. Jadi rancangla baik2...
Read moreUsed to stay here several times in these past two years. Was a good place to stay either you come as a couple or family. But now it’s totally not worth it the money at all. The house looks so old, not clean at all. The beds are full of hair and dust. Had sinus because of the dust. Didn’t provide any mirror in the second room. No floor mat. Not good lighting in the house. Everything is so dim. Nothing is good about the house actually. The hall’s aircond is almost gonna spoil. Everytime making problem. You need to wait for more then 20 mins just to take lift when you wanna checkout in peak time. Had to use staircase from 26th floor. If you wanna ask any questions regarding your room with the staff through WhatsApp , they will reply you with a sticker first. Like a sarcastic sticker. Like come on ? Where’s your professionalism as a staff ? Even though it’s for fun you need to maintain a good communication with your customers. At the time when I wanna ask something about the room urgently, I don’t need to expect some silly stickers as a reply isnt ? Seriously need some polish on the staffs mannerisms. Wouldn’t return again to Amber cove as I’m having such a bad experience especially with Maplehome staffs...
