First of all, the atmosphere here is actually very good. The renovation is more like Japanese style hotpot restaurant. It is a great place to gather with friends or family.

However, the service is really poor. We booked a table for 6.30pm that day and we arrived around 6.15pm. We were the second table in the restaurant. Orders need to scan through the QR code and place the order online. The order was placed around 6.45pm. Then the hotpot soup came around 7pm and the staff turned on the power at the same time. So I just waited, thinking the food would arrive soon. But the soup has been cooking for more than half an hour, and our order hasn't arrived yet. We were thinking to call the waiter to check for the orders. But it is so difficult to call a waiter. So we have no choice but went to the counter to look for the staff. They should put a bell on every table and the waiters at least aware that the customers are looking for them.

Furthermore, the staffs all are foreigners and there are communication gaps. They can’t understand what customers asking for 😓

Price-wise, I think their prices at a little higher than others. This is an individual hotpot. The price of basic soup is RM6/pot, and the special soup is extra RM3/pot, but when you ask them to add soup, they will only add basic pork bone soup and will not add the flavor of your soup. For example: I ordered Korean kimchi soup (which didn't have any ingredients in it), but they only added pork bone soup to me. Hmm.. I know the soup base is pork bones, but at least give the paste of the soup because after they added the pork bone broth to the pot, the soup became tasteless (no more kimchi flavour).

The person in charge of the restaurant (it was a girl) I think she noticed of the situations and apologized to us. I do respect of her...

Pork Bone Soup (rm6). Pork Pepper Soup (rm9). Sliced Pork Loin (rm12). Lotus Root (rm11). Japanese Tofu (rm2). Milky Crispy Roll (rm9). Herbal Tea (rm5).

Condiments and house tea (rm2/pax).

Portion of items are generous for their price. I mix pork bone soup with pepper pork, yumsss. Crispy roll flavour is interesting.

I like their table compartment specially to put bag. I feel the shop is understaffed, when we were there there were only 2 ladies, who handled cleaning, ordering, serving and cashier. One lady cleaned our table with just tissue, it was still dirty, we had to ask her to rewipe.

But overall i like...

Little Hotpot is a hidden gem for hotpot lovers! The ingredients were fresh, the soup bases were flavorful (especially the spicy mala and herbal broth), and the dipping sauces had a great variety. I really appreciated the clean and cozy environment — perfect for small groups or family dinners.

Service was friendly and efficient; the staff were always ready to refill soup or assist when needed. The ordering system was smooth and the food came out quickly. Prices are reasonable for the quality and portion sizes.

Highly recommend if you're craving a satisfying hotpot meal without the chaos of bigger chain...

Simple combo hot pot meal available, choose the soup broth you like example mala, tomato, pork bone and others. And choose the carbs you like, example rice, noodle etc. A basket of veggies will come together with your set. Arrive before 630pm and the service is quite fast, while waiting you can also go to the condiments corner and take some soy sauce and chili. The other sauces like sesame seed, satay, laoganma etc need to be purchased separately. Lighting is good, temperature and airflow sufficient, social distancing not quite possible in certain tables so choose wisely.
