Until I drank your Company milk tea, I liked it very much and kept buying it. But today is the worst service attitude I have ever encountered. I went to Seremban Gateway brunch ordered watermelon jasmine tea. The waitress helped me place the order and made a mistake. I didn’t look at the receipt, I just looked at the order number. After waiting over there, another employee followed me. After confirming, I realized that I had placed the wrong order, so I asked the female colleague (name Zareena)back and she said she had confirmed it with me. But I didn’t hear her say this. She just kept asking me if I was ordering a drink, right? I said yes. Then this female member can’t be used directly She talked to me in a bad attitude and then turned around to get me another glass.
