I always love to eat Texas Chicken. This time when I ordered 5 piece chicken takeaway, I told the cashier no wings and drumsticks. When I took the parcel and checked in the car, to my astonishment there are 3 drumsticks. I took back and asked her to change she did it and when I came to the car and checked still 1 drumstick in. I parked the car with my wife and child in front of the entrance so I cannot check the product inside the cafe. I didn't ask for a change and drove off. Drumstick is too small for the price. The one day I went there, there's no electricity. The least they could do was acknowledge it and tell the customers Had 2 order changed after waiting 20 mins and that's no the worst part. The worst part was they just said they'll replace it with so and so never bringing the menu or say it's a burger or something else. Finally, no electricity means no drinks. Which I think is ridiculous to charge for drinks when there's nothing to drink except hot tea. Which was gone BTW. A coupon or an apology would have sufficed, but nothing of...
