Unfortunately a bad experience for us The person who take our order messed up the table number with other table
When our food is served by someone else, the food was delivered to the other table. And the other table as normal assumed its their food, touched and eat some of the food.
When we tell the staff our food was sent over the other table, with fustration and no apologies to us, she go over to the other table and take the touched and eaten food and send to our table.
We told her off saying we cannot accept this as this food has been touched and eaten. And at the same time during this Covid period, a risk too. With her confusion and fustration she took it back.
All of our food was taken off from the other table (except for our steamed fish) and send to our table which was already touched and they think its fine for some reason. Understandable if it was untouched. But it was touched and there is risk of Covid that we dont want to risk.
We had to cancel Nasi Goreng because it was touched and we explained again to another staff we cannot accept this especially when touched and they replied there is no problem though. With fustration, we explained again its Covid and said this is not acceptable and we said just cancel this.
Overall, food was ok but they work as if no SOP during this Covid which...
Read moreCame for dinner (2 adults & 3 young children) and ordered seafood fried rice (M), udang lipan kam heong (S) and wet buttered prawns (S) plus 3 drinks
The portion size was very generous for our party. I find the fried rice to be a bit too oily apart from that the taste of all the dishes was excellent.
Spent RM97 for everything which wasn't cheap, but still typical compared to other seafood restaurants in the area.
We came at about 7.30PM on a Saturday (long weekend) and there was no crowd yet at that time. The food came very quickly at about 10 - 15 minutes after ordering.
The restaurant was very spacious and the tables are arranged quite far apart, which is ideal if you need to bring strollers for your children. Entry to the station might be quite a challenge for people using wheelchairs as the parking lot is not paved (only gravel surface) and I didn't see any wheelchair ramps
The restaurant has their JAKIM halal certificate on display so muslims can dine...
Read moreThis place is a huge restaurant. Located next to the main road. Ample parking space and ample seating in the restaurant itself. Since it was raining last night, the outdoor seating was not open and it was not busy as well.
They have round tables for 6 to 8 people. So for us coming as couple the table is quite big but still okay since we can have food placed on the lazy susan.
Staff was attnetinve and give good recommendation to us. We ordered chilli crab, kamheong fish, fried broccoli and mushroom in oyster sauce.
Service is reasonably fast. When we arrived there were four tables are occupied and only one have received their orders. COnsidering other tables are seated with 6 to 8 people, our food arrived quite fast.
There were two groups from tour buses entering later and they may have pre ordered their food.
Their food was good. The crab is fresh but not that big for the set. Enough...
