If you notice my previous comment 3 years ago, I enjoyed the food here. 3 years later, standards have dropped. We were the only table (two just left) and yet we had to remind the server about items not arrived. The last item came well into the meal. We also experienced wrong order and forgotten condiments. It is inexcusable to make these mistakes when they are not busy at all. Imagine when the place is busy. I can accept that prices have to go up but at the same time portion sizes became smaller. Two new outlets were opened recently. I can't help but wonder if they can be managed property if this outlet has never improved. Anyway the dry beef noodles still taste good but I doubt it if I want to return. Oh, well ...

I was double charged for the lunch I had on the 18 of February as the staff working there do not have access to the TnG payment notification. Unfortunately, at that point of time TnG transaction history was down. As I thought the payment didn't went through, I made the payment one more time. And it was just a few seconds later I could check my payment history on the app. I appreciate the effort of the lady at the counter taking my phone number sort of made me thinking they will contact me to verify it once her boss checked on their side of transaction history. 4 days has passed, not even a single call. The worst service ever! First, we were made to wait at the entrance for a good 5 minutes because the owner was too busy registering daily sales at the cash register.She totally ignored us . After she’s done ,she showed us to a table which was not cleared . A table laden with dirty bowls and half eaten food. We waited for one of the workers to clean the table .
