KFC — Restaurant in Negeri Sembilan

I was very hungry this morning, so I came to KFC to order food. When I wanted to pay with cash, the cashier had a bad face and told me that they had no change for me, then I tried to find my wallet and told her I didn't have change, but she kept asking me to take out the change, and when I got angry, I scolded her. Her supervisor warned me not to scold her employees, and other employees also warned me in the same way. Is it because I am not a Malay that I have to be racially discriminated against? And it is also the customer's problem that there is no change?This is the worst KFC I came before.The employees are also uncultivated and poorly educated. Rather huge KFC restaurant located at Seremban city center which is very convenient and easy access. There are 2 kiosk machines just near to the entrance. Ample seats at ground floor and more at 2nd floor. Toilet for wheelchair users located at ground floor (most of the time locked) while toilets for general located at 2nd floor.

The restaurant is clean, well maintained and has nice interior design. There is drive-thru service here which is very convenient. However, long queue most of the time. Even though they have ample parking space, but mostly taken during peak hours.

I had a very disappointing experience with the service. There was no drive-thru available, and when we placed our order for a Cheezy Zinger, wedges, two pieces of chicken (thigh and breast), and a potato-loaded bowl, the issues started. The chicken was undercooked, with fresh blood visible in the meat. When we raised the concern, the staff denied any fault, claiming that it’s normal for thigh meat to appear that way, and they gave us a replacement breast piece.
