Went to have dinner cny eve 2023. Ordered 4 dishes.(1)Order steam herbal chicken .Disappointed , taste was bland and the type of herbs used was not nice and maybe the cook also forgot to add salt.we have to add soya sauce to improve the taste to make it more palatable (2) The mei cai pork was also bland and tasteless and the pork should be soft but this one is otherwise (3) fried seafood tofu fingers was cold when served and not tasty as expected. And lastly (4) Steam cat fish , to be fair, the fish was ok except the soya and ginger gravy was not so nice as expected from a restaurant. Finally , the price was quite pricey for the sub standard quality of the food. And we were charged for sst 6% and 10% of service charges ( where no services was provided, which we think is a rip off).We sincerely hope that these comments can help the owner to improve their quality of...
Read moreThis was the 2nd time I dined in and among all the rest of the restaurant along the road, this is actually good and that’s why I visit again. We stop by every time we went to Genting Highlands for a quick lunch, before we lose the bet in the casino at least we had a full stomach, that’s what my missus said. We like their small stir fry among all the rest of the seafood dishes. Small stir fry or in Chinese “Xiaochao” is fast cooking methods generally hot oil first, after the hot oil scent, the most commonly used fragrant ingredients are onion, ginger or garlic and then add ingredients to stir fry. The stir fry petai, Kung Po hard bean curb, deep fry salted egg prawn flakes are a must to order, with bowl of steamed rice. There are also free flow of chopped garlic and fresh chillies on each table love to dig in with soy sauce. Do not expect any posh table service for there...
Read moreThe worst Chinese restaurant I’ve been to. First time going there, where we always go to other shop along the same row. Ordered few items but the waiter forgot our orders and we had to repeat the order 3 times, by then we finished other dishes. Fish tiga rasa was worst tasted like some Indian dish called Rasam😂. Ordered for baby kailan but they gave something else which tasted too bitter, when we told them the waitress went inside to the kitchen and came back to us and told that it’s baby kailan😂 as if we’ve never ate baby kailan before. Food price is way too expansive, my honest review rather then eating at this shop when you’re super hungry, it’s better for you to starve for the whole day. If you want to experience the worst Chinese food in Malaysia, then you may visit to...
