Avoid at all cause. Stayed here for RM150 during offpeak. The place was poorly maintained and dirty. We stayed in room 116. Reception of wifi was poor. Breakfast was provided but is nothing much to look forward as they only served toast and tea/coffee. The main issue was the cleanliness. The bedsheets and blankets was not changed as it was all wrinkle and they were stains all over the blanket. We asked them to change it but they told us the cleaners had gone home. They provided us a new set of linen which we had to put it on ourself. The room had dust spot around the corner of the tables. The window handle was broken which unable us to close the window causing smell and noise to enter the room. The soap dispenser was broken and hot water could only be used at a low-medium flow water. Other than that it was just pouring cold water. For the price, service, location and cleanliness, I highly do not recommend this place and will never return...
Read moreIf you're looking for an affordable stay in Genting, I'd recommend this place. It's very basic and my husband and I were looking for a place to stay close to the Horse Ranch where Urbanscapes 2014 was held - we had the standard double room, it was windowless but then again, we were out most of the time. ||||PROS:||Clean||Surrounded by loads of eating places and shops like 7/11||Easy parking||Close drive to the Skyway for a trip up to the high bits.||||CONS: ||Shower too close to toilet||The main door is too thin so we could hear any noise in the hallway||Our room didn't have a window||The shower was cold - but we later found out we had to lower the water pressure for it to be hot||||**Note - for the 'breakfast' coupon of free coffee or tea + free danish, you don't have an option for the pastry, they will bring to you...
Read moreFirst World Hotel, a reasonable Budget hotel within the Genting Highlands.||Cleanliness wise is not expected as the daily Cleaners do not really clean up the room. Very lax in this area. Noticed that they don’t carpet the floors, maybe randomly!||Toiletries were also lacking. For those who want to stay in this hotel, be prepared to bring your own toiletries. ||Check in is really really slow. Just don’t understand why the management doesn’t open up all the customer service station. So many customers and only a few station is open and heir service is very slow and another advise is if you want any other options like, connecting rooms or extra items, please remember to indicate when you are doing he booking but it’s not guaranteed but better than you talk to them. They either doesn’t seems to understand or...
