It's an average place to have BKT to be honest. Seating is well spaced and the fans provide a breezy atmosphere. The soup is refillable while the menu is easy to peruse.
They have all the usual meat and offals which you can inform the writer as he takes your order. The soup I think is a little on the herby side. BKT has a very varied herbal combination which gives varying aroma and soup taste. The heavier than usual herbal taste and aroma was really not my cup of tea. But it did arrive hot so that's a bonus point.
Fortunately their dry version is much better. Dark thick salty sauce with generous coating of the meat made their dry version something that I wouldn't mind returning for. However there's a little spice in there that makes for a surprising late burn.
Sadly I didn't enjoy their side dishes. The eu char koay was a little too thick, the vegetable should've been blanched just before serving where mine was actually cold on arrival. Even the fried tofu was cold and as we know, fried food once they become cold tend to have some oil oozing from it. Definitely the side dishes need some improvement.
