US PIZZA - Raja Uda, Penang — Restaurant in Penang

Always a fan of their pizza but disappointed with the pre order service online today. We submitted a preorder at around 2pm to be picked up at 530pm as we understand that the parking is very limited and we are in rush. Reach at 540pm and they told me they are about to bake when see me only. Staff claimed that they need to make sure it’s freshly baked and serve hot if not we will complain. I was asked to come back after 10mins only. I don’t understand why do we need to pre order if the staff can’t get ready the pizza on time but to bake only when customers arrive ? I can just walk in to order to wait there instead of pre...

Cashier not working today during lunch time, kitchen and delivery staff unable to enter on site order, told me system down but in fact the system is up and running, Foodpanda and other delivery services inclusive of their own online orders are working fine, wasted my petrol to travel 10km just to redeem voucher and can't be done... The kitchen and delivery guys are polite and have been apologizing several times on this issue, hope the management would look into this especially during weekend peak hour, hungry and disappointed customers are not to be messed with, don't just lose this order...

Preorder for later. Placed order at 2.46pm to be picked up at 5.00pm. Paid online using credit card. On my way to pick up the order, received 3 reminder from us pizza, to pick up at 5.00pm. 1 received at 30 minutes prior, 2nd at 10 minutes prior, and 1 at 5.00pm. I arrived at 4.57pm. When i arrived at the counter, show my order, staff said my order is being prepared. Need to wait for another 23 minutes for my order. It is only prepared when i arrived!!! What's the point for pre order? So disappointed with the service. Last time buy...
