Few weeks ago, I have written a review regarding the lime juice which I have ordered through foodpanda that, the juice was looked like plain water with a slice of lemon in it and then the packing was not up to the mark ( anyone can put straw and drink). They actually got back to me regarding the review I have made. They sent me a new one for my next order. Didn't charge me for the drink accepting the fact that it's their staff mistake. Issue 1: No one was informed that you have to take a number at the cashier for a table until you go in front and ask. You see some just walk there and get a table straight away while others were left confused, not knowing how the queue system works.
Issue 2: KengSom and Petai Chicken were okay but the Otak-otak seafood was bad. The coconut milk in it tasted weird and the otak-otak was not in the usual curdy form, instead it was watery like.
