Chingooya Korean Restaurant Ipoh — Restaurant in Perak

Had a very bad experience here. We have made reservation but told already full house although reached by 10mins earlier. The lady boss told us need to wait for next table but I think should wait at least 15mins. If you are unable to reserve table purposely for one customer, please don’t provide service for reservation. What point for me spend time to contact you and make reservation? The waiters are not trained well due to they just look at me when I step in the shop and do nothing. At least they should ask their boss to come out or come for assistance. Overall I don’t even have chance to try the food but the initial feeling for me already super terrible. I made a reservation few days before, they said only can keep for 10mins. Ok then I went there 10mins before my reservation time, nobody served me and i stand there wait for 5mins 😅 I went to ask them and they said didnt have seat now need to wait.
