Jias Cafe — Restaurant in Perak

Hi, I just wanted to share a disappointing experience my friend had at your café. When she walked in, the waiter was very rude and said, “Makanan semua habis, tak nampak ke tulis ‘CLOSE’ tu?” but the ‘CLOSE’ sign was really small and she honestly didn’t see it. Later, one of us called the owner and found out that the café wasn’t actually closed, the food was just being restocked. So I don’t understand why the waiter said it was closed. It would’ve been much better if he had just explained that the food was being restocked and asked us to wait a few minutes. It was actually her birthday that day, and the whole experience really ruined her mood. What made it even worse is that she’s currently battling cancer, we were just trying to do something simple to make her happy, but the staff’s attitude completely spoiled it. Please don’t be rude to your customers. A little kindness can really make a big difference. Pls educate your staff so that others wont...

Came here with my aunt 'cause I saw a suggestion of this place on Tik Tok. The food is really delicious. Was hesitant to try 'cause am afraid the taste won't be good since most cafés are just known for the design, not the food 🥹 BUT, not in this case. The portion for one person is quite big with affordable price!

Grilled chicken chop - RM23 (chicken is big with fries, salad, macaroni with a small bowl of black pepper sauce). Chicken curry mee - RM15 (the condiments are a lot). Nutella brownies - RM11.90 (really delicious, not too sweet & not too bland - just nice).

Great cafe! Brought my family to try this new cafe and we had wonderful, delicious meals. Nasi lemak was fragrant, sambal so nice, and daging hitam tasted like home. The grill chicken chop was well-marinated and juicy. I love the curry noodle, so flavourful! The ayam bawang was crispy on the outside and juicy inside, paired with ayam penyet-styled sambal making it the bomb! No wonder lah it’s one of their best dish. The white coffee was a bit too sweet for me, but their smoothies, lemon tea, kopi O semua sedap. Oh, and their dessert was superb! Had the almond brownies, fudgy brownies, and banana upside down cake. The almond brownies was my fav.

Since its just newly opened, the deco was so-so. But I think they are touching it up slowly. Should definitely come for their food. A 5 start for...
