Restaurant Vegas 新鴻發茶餐室 — Restaurant in Perak

Purposely come to Restaurant Vegas, thought can have lunch here before drive back to KL.This chinese kopitiam is so unique as most of their custate malay & Muslim. We arrived about 2pm if I'm not mistaken. unfortunately, most of the stalls already closed.some not open.I recommends to my friends but no food for us. We only able to try Fruits Rojak, fried kue tiew & nasi lemak.Actually nasi lemak is my favourite too but I wanna try the beef noodles as I'm still full.no beef noodles fir me,the end I only had a cup of "kopi kaw". To me the kopi a bit too sweet, taste was ok. The fruit rojak is good.friend said the fried kue tiew not bad too. While leaving the restaurant, the boss ask me about the food & coffee.told him that we no chance try others as we don't know the have shift, we...

The weekend watering hole for me and a few others.. We mainly go there for the rojak and sometimes the evening Western dishes. This point tail guy makes chops which takes me back to the days of rest houses of a bygone British era. The fried mee guy had left for pastures green and another we haven't tried yet.

Indian cuisine is good and I really liked the chapati likewise the curries. Recently I'm hooked on the new otak-otak stall which reminds me of the best in Penang, lovely..!

At other times i revel in the coffee, which is the top ten on my coffee list.. All in all a very nice place for most foods and drinks although the Milo ice did startled me a bit for the price..

P.s.. The delicious otak stall is no...

Ridiculous price for a drink at Vegas Restaurant , as me and my wife ordered two sugarless Hot Tea and it's priced at RM 3.90 per glass ? My goodness ! And by the way ..WHY the iced tea is priced lower than the sugarless hot tea ?

We went there again for lunch after few days and ordered hot water ..and it's charged at 0.80 CENTS PER GLASS !

MY GOODNESS !! SUCH A CUT THROAT PRICE !

Food is all OK there .. friendly individual seller too ..

As a summary ..Only the beverage operator ( I guess she is the anchor Operator there ) , need to use her senses and think first before putting such EXORBITANT PRICES for her beverage items !

This is NOT about money ..but more to selling...
