Place was easy to find on waze. Opens really early as well (7.30am), perfect for early birds.
Food needs time to be served for steamed and noodles items. Fried items were readily available. Be prepared to wait for at least 15 minutes after ordering to get your food items if they are noodles or steamed items.
All the dim sum we ordered taste exceptional! Our recommendation will be the prawn salad (虾角) and the siew mai with crab roe. The seasoning was on point. None of the dishes were overcooked, all of it were still juicy. Fried dishes weren't that oily as well. And the Fried items were served with wasabi mayo (don't worry you won't get the "spiciness" from the wasabi, it still tastes like normal mayo).
Special mention to the salted egg custard bun as well. The filling was so generous. I've never eaten a salted egg custard bun that had that much filling before. And the taste is divine as well.
Highly recommended place to drop by when...
Read moreLovely Dimsum spot in Ipoh serving all your local Dimsums. Service was great and food was served up fast. Came in to an empty shop and it filled up pretty fast as we were seated. Haha we bring in the ONGGG!
Highly recommend their steamed dimsum, the fried ones are pretty average. Overall all Ingredients were fresh and tastes wise all on point!
We absolutely loved prawn Siumai, Chives Siumai, Salted egg bun, Sweet sour beancurd roll, fried radish cake and fried yam ball; was a tad disappointed in their crispy deep fried beancurd and deep fried n salad prawn- it just looks sad and tastes meh…
Overall satisfied and the glutinous rice fragrance tea compliments the already delicious meal.

Read moreHappen to visit this dimsum store because the one we intended to go is close unexpectedly during that hour. Service is good but the food here is below average...other than the custard bun, pork rib, deep fried yam dumpling (wu gok), fan fried carrot cake and some other fried dumpling or roll is just average since you can't really go wrong with fried food...other is just below average...especially the xiaolongbao is seems not fresh where the dough is thick and it sticks to the tray when we try to eat it as a whole. We order quite much and different type of variety but didnt take every picture of it since the foods are quite dissapointing as we eat along the way. This will be the first and last time i'm coming here to eat, hope this can be...
