Chanced upon this place because all the other usual places were completely packed out from the Malaysia Day weekend. The whole family was exhausted from a long day and honestly, we weren't expecting much. We just wanted to call it a night. But this place brought our joy back. The person who took our order was attentive and patient. Food we ordered with rating: - green curry chickent 5/5 - black bean pork 5/5 - garlic prawn 4/5 - toufu with mince meat 4/5 - sweet potato leaf 4/5 - lady fingers 4/5 - bitter gourd with egg 10/5 (it stole the night) We were too hungry to take a good photo, but this was the aftermath.

We ordered 4 dishes among the 4 only the mince pork with fried egg and basil leaves (signature dish), are ok the remaining are pork trotters (signature dish) my personal opinion it's just so so. Another one green curry seafood, the portions are small with lots of green eggplant inside rather than seafood and too spicy. There isn't anything to shout about with this Thai-chinese restaurant as their signature dishes lacking extra ohms and their pricing also on the higher end compared to portions they served you

Foods taste and portions is ok for 3pax, BUT the amount of rice served is really little even my wife (she's small eater) still hungry. A small bowl of rice cost RM2. With that quantity I needed at least 4 bowls. Usually if we eat out we want to be filled and satisfied, because we don't mind paying for good and quantity meals. In F&B service, the main purpose clients come to your restaurant is to enjoy and be filled after leaving your restaurant. How much can you earn from a small bowl of rice?

Three of us went to The Zaap last week, in the mood of trying out different restaurants, much to my surprise it turned out their food was way above my expectations, decided to go again with family members last night , once again everyone enjoyed the food as well as the ambience ; pretty and cozy, their table service was excellent, prices were reasonable, offered great advice on food selection, they even have little surprises for senior citizens over 60, can’t complain 😁it was a wonderful night out . On the way home , my family suggested we will go back there next time to try out different Cuisines , guess what ! Everybody...
