Yik Foong Theme Park — Attraction in Perak

We went there the first time around 11pm on a weekday and there were less ppl which waiting was less than 15 min since staff are attentive due to less crowd. The drift car was a great game for those who hasn't try before. Went there again on a public holiday and there a better crowd but mainly crowd are at level 4 (highest floor) for advance go kart. Wanted to try again the drift car with my kid and was told only 15 years old is allow to play on it therefore went for mini kart and pro kart. I don't mind waiting long to play on the go kart since it a holiday BUT for the staffs not aware of who came first whereby those that came in last got to play first is something that i CAN'T tolerate. Ask the staff why, the reply is that he's the ONLY staff and those who pass the card will go first and those that DIDNT have to wait. Place my card on the table for the staff but was ignore and he walk over to the customer that cut our queue. This place really needs a lot of work:

The service quality is very low. Many machines are spoiled or not working. Staff service is unprofessional, and it feels like some workers are not interested in their job. My suggestion: • Don’t open too many counters if you can’t manage them properly. • Focus on quality service first – improve your staff’s attitude and provide proper guidance. • Learn from others like Gome On, who manage operations much better. • Pay more attention to cleanliness and safety – the environment inside is dirty, and it doesn’t feel safe or enjoyable.

Advanced go kart 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 I would give NO STAR & totally don’t recommend! We went although saw very low star given @ Google Review because we thought of giving them a chance.

When make payment cashier @ lvl 3 informed need to wait 20-30mins but in the end waited 40mins but no staff bother to ask or inform us what’s going on. Staff was in the field playing themselves instead? 🤔 the e-kart is in bad condition! When started it’s lack of power? Extremely bad experience!
