I came to know of this spot from some tiktok video, so I decided to give it a try. Oh, the nyonya curry red snapper is so delicious, thick, and rich with amazing aroma from the aromatics. The fish is fresh and gravy is so good. The Thai Leng Saap portion is good, and there is plenty of meat on the ribs. The flavors are there, but next time, I will request up the spicy level. The honey baby squid is another dish I like a lot .. has that crunchiness bite to the baby squid the the honey savory glazes over the squid makes it a perfect snack or can be eaten with rice. The jiuhu char is also very nice. Good sweetness from the sengkuang and the cuttlefish adds the umami flavors to it. The belacan chicken is nice, flavorful, and juicy. My least favorite items were the lala omelet, I wanted the oyster omelet, but they ran out oyster, so I opted to try the lala omelet instead. The omelet is drier than what an ohchien should be , and it also lacks the flavor of the oyster to the omelet. But then this is a lala chien, not oyster chien. I will definitely be back to try others .. i see they got hokkien Char and also Char koay...

During my recent visit, I try the buttermilk chicken with fried rice and the Penang Char Kuey Teow. The buttermilk chicken was average, but what stood out was the creamy sauce that added a delightful flavor to both the chicken and the fried rice. It truly elevated the overall taste of the dish.

However, I was quite disappointed with the Penang Char Kuey Teow. It lacked the signature flavors and fell flat in terms of taste. I found it to be quite bland and it didn't meet my expectations. I definitely won't be ordering the Char Kuey Teow from this place again.

A small restuarant with an extensive menu. Some alfresco seating, some indoor seating. A number of aquariums for good reason - more of that shortly. Brother in law booked a table for us 10 for weekday dinner on a public holiday. There were a number of customers on large tables ahead of us. We went with the value set and added two dishes. Our order arrived after an hour and a half. Lol, the aquariums were meant to keep the fish happ with company! Portions were small apart from the red snapper fish. It was of reasonable size.
