SS Food Court — Restaurant in Petaling Jaya

It's a food court with quite a variety of cuisines to choose from. I went here couple of times, foods and beverages so far so good. I wanted to give 4 stars, but some people give unfair 1 star.

For a food court, it's quite modern and clean, but there are some things to improve. This is some feedback for the owner: I see there are quite a lot of staffs, but clearly they are not properly trained. They are not too attentive and doesn't move quickly (e.g. dirty plates / tables are being left for a while before getting cleaned)

The toilet soap is not refilled after the first week. Also, there is no soap on outside washing sinks. I think this has to be there, even cheap ones are fine

I don't see any tissues, this is fine but if you don't provide them you will need to sell them so customers can choose to buy it.

I think you are trying to do too much by selling desserts, beverages, chicken katsu and the Jue burger. Please focus on the beverages, desserts and the katsu first. There are still things to improve on all of them.

Through the recommendation of a friend, I came here to try a food stall that just opened not long ago - HeroDonburi. We were pleasantly surprised by how delicious their food was. Three of our group of four ordered their curry noodles, signature curry puffer fish and signature yakiniku beef rice bowl. The curry noodles taste nothing like the ones sold outside, theirs are made portion by portion. The soup was thick and rich with curry flavor, and the noodles absorbed the broth, making every mouthful delicious. The signature curry fish head is also very big in portion and has lots of ingredients. The yakiniku beef was more comparable to what I've had in Japanese restaurants. It's strange that there weren't many people here, but I'm sure we'll be back. I forgot to mention that their claypotkangkung is also a specialty. I heard from the boss that it is not sold every day. Sometimes there are bean sprouts, sometimes there are cabbages. We can ask the employees what vegetables are...

Actually i give them 3 chances ald , first time red beans half raw half cook in red bean milk tea, Second time 50% raw red beans in red bean soup, Now cendol snow ice ,red bean partially raw and not fresh ,cendol not fresh too and claim that diy one fresh one ,if it fresh why i complain about?

Im enthuasist of red beans and cendol ,if good taste i will finish it, the one who ate bobo chacha say not fresh too

If the food not good why insist not to change ?or rental at there so cheap ? Provide such standard of food ? I dont mind char kuay teow cooked by bangla at least got wok hei

Please improve food standards in nzx damansara or else mamak is better why open there
