NOT A KID FRIENDLY PLACE.

I accidentally spilled some PLAIN water on their cloth sofa and left a stain. Their cleaner came and said the sofa smelled like PEE and formula MILK??? (My baby is 2 months old and We never buy a formula milk because i directly breastfeeding my baby. So how can it smell like milk(?))

We stayed for 3 nights, thus it is expected that the rubbish inside the toilet had a pee smell because we threw all the baby pampers into the rubbish inside the toilet. And it is expected we used more rubbish bags for food. I even arranged all 3 rubbish bags properly so that it's easier for the cleaner to throw them away.

But unexpectedly They charged us rm35 for cleaning the stain with soda powder + housekeeping + removal of rubbish + spray air freshener + open the window to refresh the air unit(?)

Dear owner, I don't care how much you charged us, but accusing us on something we didn't do + not even come and confirm the stain odour is wrong.

And it's expected to have MORE rubbish when your customer stay for more than 1 night. Isn't it your duty to clean up and refresh the unit after every customer stays in your unit?

One day god will give you the real pee and milk on the sofa so that you know that pee and milk smell on the sofa is not easily removed by the soda powder. Why? Because the soda powder can only clean up the surface of the sofa. It only removes the stain, not the...

4-star. Affordable, clean, with good amenities. You get what you pay for. Accommodating owners.

Pros: Clean place (Cleaners did a good job) Good ambiance and nice view on the 21st floor Lift security card + Door combination lock Clear explanation from owners on how to access everything (cards, lifts, check-in), all in very detailed PDF with pictures Generally quiet (no disturbances from neighboring units), i.e. good noise insulation to prevent minor sound bleed. Affordable for all the things provided in the room (smart tv with Netflix, microwave, kettle, fridge, sofa, spacious section, etc.

Cons: Loud construction on the first day until 5pm on the 16th floor. Owners didn’t notify us about this prior to checking in (the info is readily available on the lift). It forced us to get out of the condo when all we wanted to do was relax after checking in. If I knew about this, I would have checked in the next day when there was work being done. Security guard not consistent with My Sejahtera app scanning We were always stopped by the guard required to scan before entering the lift, but I saw some people just walk into the lift without doing so, and the guard did nothing about it. Whether you are on a business trip or a leisure trip, I would highly recommend to check this place out. Mind you it is not a hotel with facilities but, the units are well equipped for a pleasant stay. And, best choice if you are travelling as a family as the units are bigger than most hotel rooms.

Trust me, I have stayed in 5 of their units... Hahahaha... And all of them meets any one's expectations. If you are travelling as a family, would suggest that you check into their loft units.

Opposite is the Asia Jaya LRT station, so if you don't feel like driving, just take the LRT. If you don't feel like going any where, grab a cup of coffee and just sit by the floor to ceiling windows and just while away your time looking at the magnificent view of PJ or KL.
