I recently visited Bonappe and had an outstanding dining experience. I tried the cheeseburger, beef burger, and carbonara, and all were exceptional.

Cheeseburger: The patty was juicy, perfectly seasoned, and cooked just right. The cheese melted perfectly, adding a rich, creamy texture. Topped with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and a tangy house-made sauce, every bite was delicious. The brioche bun held everything together nicely, making for a satisfying meal.

Beef Burger: This was the best beef burger I’ve had from a local brand. The beef was incredibly tender and flavorful, with a hint of smokiness. The simple yet effective toppings allowed the quality of the beef to shine. Bonappe clearly uses high-quality ingredients and pays attention to detail.

First time try makan sini masa CNY baru ni. Masa ni mak teringin nak makan western. Kedai yang dia nak pegi tu tutup sbb public holiday kan. So kita pun cari la dalam tiktok, tengok orang review kedai ni. Masa tu call dulu before datang, tanya buka ke tak. Nasib baik rezeki mak saya, kedai ni buka.

So lets review:

Banyak benda yg saya suka dekat kedai ni. Stay tuned ye baca.

Makanan mostly western tapi yang saya suka sebab ada set nasi putih + lauk. Penggemar nasi mcm saya mmg suka ada pilihan mcm ni, takde la western je semua.

Harga kat menu genap² je semua. Senang nak tengok & sgt jelas. Very direct. Harga menu tak mahal, standard je.

Presentation makanan cantik. Kemas, bersih & menyelerakan.

Customer service best. Semua staff muka mesra je, senyum², tak kelat walaupun masa tu datang time baru² buka.

Makanan 95% sedap. Lagi 5% tu saya cerita japgi.

Makanan sampai cepat tapi sampai tu satu-satu. Saya suka kalau makanan tu sampai sekali gus. Tapi faham je, sbb takut mknn nya dh sejuk kan. Its okay la yg tu.

Environment kedai okay je. Masa tu datang awal, takde orang lagi. So mmg dapat makan dengan tenang tanpa bising². Btw, saya duduk menghadap cermin ke luar, sangat silau ye mata saya. Kalau tinted, nnt cust tak nmpk bhgn dalam. Tapi mungkin boleh cari cara lain utk issue ni.

Lupa nak ckp, nasi putih dia sedap sgt². Nak je tanya beras apa dia beli. Order nasi putih + sweet sour fish. Sumpah 10000% sedap. Will repeat this menu. Inspired dgn lauk dia sbb saya tak pernah lagi makan sweet sour yg sedap. This mmg no 1. Nasi dia tu plsss mmg sedap. Sumpah takde kedai yang ada nasi mcm dia punya. Nnt saya datang lagi utk menu nasi putih yang lain pulak.

Yang kurang suka, cons:

Air tak menepati cita rasa tekak saya & family. Order hot sweet peach tea, it was too much sweet & not hot, just suam kuku je. Order hot peach tea, datang dalam jar, rasa tooo bland even dh tambah gula. Maybe i first time try this tea, idk if mmg begitu rasa air tu. Order signature caramel creamy bonappe ice, tawar, kemanisan takdak. Tapi rasa creamy & caffeine tu just nice strong dia. So minta tambahkan syrup. But husb suka air ni. And last saya suka bila minta air masak, dia bagi dlm jar kaca. Tak kedekut, takyah nak minta banyak kali.

Mak saya kata, fish & chips tak berapa masak. Idk about this sbb saya tak pernah makan fish & chips. Tak nak judge more on this. Tapi sauce dia sedap cuma sikit sangat.

Husb & ayah saya cakap, black pepper kureng la. Tak kick rasa black pepper tu. Sebab dia pernah makan yang sedap, kuah tu warna pekat & rasa black pepper strong tapi balance with creamy taste.

Mashed potato quite dry. Texture tak halus. Tapi sebenarnya mungkin okay je kut mashed potato dia mcm ni sbb dia yang buat kan, so signature dia la. Sbb kalau saya yang buat, mmg saya suka yang halus & creamy. Kan tekak orang lain². Saya ok je. Tak suka, kita tak makan. Saje je bagitau apa yg saya tak suka. Sbb saya kan tengah review ni, hehe.

Saya rasa tu jeee. Overall saya suka makanan dia. For sure, akan datang lagi and try other menu. Kedai ni saya berani nak try menu² yg saya tak try lagi sbb mostly yang dh pernah order ni sedap je. So probably makanan yang lain pun mesti sedap.

Saya mmg suka review mcm ni. Panjang² explain, harap orang rajin la baca hahaha. Sbb saya harap sgt review saya membantu orang lain yang ragu² nak datang sini. Nak review kat tiktok segan, so review dalam google jeee laaa kitaaa hahahahha.
