Our family has been a regular customers here for many years giving them plenty of business to do easily more than 5 figures, and in the past many captains that serves us are with good attitude & impressive character (like May, Winnie, Yee Ling etc) . But today we experienced the worst lousy & a very disturbing service from this captain name Karen. She is like a police officer treating her other colleagues, customers like criminals/victims. And this all started with their promo vouchers terms & the use of the vouchers come with many double standards. Since we dined quite often here, we have collected a lot of these vouchers. When we asked the vouchers given to us are very short valid time & expiring soon, they are all wasted but the Myanmar supervisor informed that the vouchers are printed wrongly & still valid for 3 mths, however when we pay the bill at the counter the captain Karen claimed that the voucher is only valid for a week. I guess she is hoping we don't use the vouchers. We don't want to argue with her, she represents the management but told her that's their management issue that they confused customers & have double standards in accepting the vouchers. And yet this lady captain is unapologetic & attitude really sucks, as if she is right. Instead of politely telling customers it could be their mistake if they had different standards & confused customers. And she had no courtesy to pacify unhappy customer as if "if you are not happy, so be it not our problem & you don't have to come dine here again" . The restaurant has just lost one long loyal customer, and thanks to such lousy & annoying attitude from this captain & their confusing standards. We don't have to dine here, to pay top dollars but to suffer from such bossy & negative captain. It could just be the reason of such bad customer service why they are not as popular or their business are not as good as the other Chinese restaurants nearby like Grand Imperial & Kingdom Palace that we...
Read moreI am extremely disappointed with the experience I had at this restaurant. Not only was my deposit of RM500 not deducted from the final bill as it should have been, but the handling of the situation by your staff, particularly by you or the manager on duty, Kerry Tan was completely unacceptable.
When I raised the issue, I was assured that a refund would be processed by 7/2/25. However, as of today, I have yet to receive it. What’s worse, when I attempted to follow up, I was met with rudeness and a complete lack of professionalism. Instead of taking responsibility and resolving the issue, the manager was dismissive and unhelpful, making an already frustrating situation even worse.
This level of service is totally...
Read moreDim sum lunch here is really great. Been here a few times and every time has been a great dining experience. Almost every dish we have ordered tastes great: especially Hokkien style udon, fried turnip cake, cheong fun, porridge, siew mai, pickled cucumber, custard bun, spring roll, fried squid... even the roast pork belly and char siu are nice - a bit more expensive, but top quality. The only dish to reconsider is crispy egg noodle with seafood - a bit too much sauce which meant the noodle was no longer crispy. But hopefully this was a one-off. Other rice and noodle dishes undeniably had lots of 'wok hei'. The service is efficient and polite, from checking orders to...
