Bought this like a month back? Did repurchased other item but was too hungry so I just ate them. Overall their quality dropped a little bit, not sure if it was because of branch or what.

I will usually buy their Sichuan pan mee soup ( in the picture) and their 3 layer emerald milk tea. It was quite nice, no complains.

For me recent ones, a few weeks back I bought their duck meat, spicy pan mee, Sichuan pan mee soup and their signature fried dumplings (if not wrong that's the name) and when I was eating the spicy pan mee I noticed got like one strand of short baby hair.

Please do maintain a good hygiene when preparing the food.

The food here is delicious, made with high-quality ingredients, and the store is clean. The herbal chicken soup is tasty and amazing. I usually get sick from noodle soups at other restaurants or kopitiams because they use too much MSG, but not at this place. The restaurant offers many choices and very flavorful in-house sambal chilies. The service is excellent, and the manager is very friendly. Dear boss, u need to hire more staff lar. 2 staff handling order, making drinks, serving n cashier during lunch hour? Was queueing then ppl after me gotten a seat, no one free to entertain.
